Good location will come back again conveniently opposite the popular street of hiap joo bakery will come back again

Location is convenient. Near city square and CIQ. Hotel room is spacious with view over the causeway. Bed is very comfortable. However there is a pungent smell when you stand near the window. The shower faucet is not working well too. Overall it is still a pleasant experience staying in this hotel.

We liked staying here. Spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. Will be back again. Sorry for the blurry bedroom photo ✌️

The hotel is located a 10 minutes walking distance from JB Central. It is connected to alot of eateries like Hua Mui which is recommended by the staffs there. The staffs are friendly and polite. Overall, the room was big and we enjoyed our stay there. There even a mama shop outside the hotel with money changer opposite the road. During our stay there is also a pasar malam there as well. No sure is it due to the fasting period.

Toilet is clean. Room just nice for a 3 person. Hotel near the pasar malam, and heavy traffic at night.

Hotel is nice and easily accessible. Room size is ok but toilet a bit small and feels squeezy. Not the cleanest but still acceptable. Service was great.

An average hotel, okay for an overnight stay. All in-room amenities are pretty basic Smell of cigarettes stench in room. Toilet smells a little stale. Bed too soft for me (personal preference). Location is pretty good, and most of the service staff are friendly & earnest, except for a lady that wears a tudong who looked grumpy during our check-in. Parking is complimentary via car lifts.

I'm staying at Z Hotel for the first time, it's really convenient. You can walk to City Square and some cafes in the hotel area. The room is huge and has a great view of Crossway JB and SG. I'll definitely be back there when I'm in JB. It's a must-book 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

A short vacation, 3D2N in Johor. Decided to book our last minute stay at Z hotel due to its location and nice ambience which was published at online platform. True indeed. Walking distance to shopping malls, night bazaar and eateries. Well lit surround the streets, a good night view from our hotel room which was facing the city. Will book Z hotel again for my next staycay 👍🤗

Staff is very nice and friendly. There’s parking provided in the hotel using the lift access. Around the area there’s a lot of food even late at night. But quite noisy. Luckily we were given the higher floor. So the noise level not too bad. Room is spacious

Spacious room, quiet, with comfortable beds & pillows. Location is convenient, less than 10min walk from City Square Mall. Lots of popular local eateries & cafes within walking distance. Easy to get Grab. Overall a good deal for an overnight stay in JB.

Got the 20th floor king size room.. Beautiful view of the city. Rooms was cleaned. Carpark entry to the lift was narrow n tight for big cars.but security was gd. Only hotel guest can use the car lift.

Location is walking distance from city square, so those traveling by bus. i would recommend, otherwise if you are riding ur own transport, there is a private access carpark to park your vehicles. customer service here is good as always & i'll always pick Z hotel for jb stays.
