Swift check in. Clean room on the 20th level. Have the room facing the highway and it is quiet without noises. Near many eateries within walking distance. Recommended for a quick stay in JB.

Service, environment, and cleanliness are all excellent. Everything from the staff was wonderful—just that the toilet paper holder was a little loose.

This is a decent place to stay, with a good selection of nearby food options. However, it is far from the bus station and shopping malls. The car park is conveniently located and offers reasonable long-term parking rates while I'm in Singapore. It's worth mentioning that the parking lift can be challenging to use for first-time visitors.

I’m back again and everything about the stay continues to impress me but one thing i would like to highlight is about the clothes hanger. I was given the same room that i previously stayed and noticed that 2 of the clothes hanger went missing instead of 4 🤔 I informed the hotel front receptionist to have the clothes hanger replaced. I was told no issues and will get the clothes hanger delivered to the room but from the day i checked in to the day i checked out nothing was done 😩Anyway i was happy staying in the Z hotel 😊

Location is a 3 mins walk away from City Square Mall. Place has that old carpet smell. Rooms are a bit low and aircon can be tricky to deal with. Good a for a nights stay

Good hotel, very clean and quiet. Room has a smart tv and clean toilet with very good amenities .

Surrounded a lot of foods. Easy to access. When you come back to the hotel at midnight, you have to use the keycard to tag the lobby door. In the room the window able to swing open. Which I feel have to lock it for safety. We will be back again to stay over here.

The room is clean and spacious. Good Service too!.  Hotel is also conveniently located near eateries.  Will be back.

Yesterday we reached hotel at 3.30pm, we request to change the room because the room is towards the lift, and moreover the bed is the add-on bed from a single bed room as the attached photo. Thus we request to exchange the room and the receptionist who call JC Kaur told us that no room can be changed for now and need to wait till evening. Since I’m need to go out due to urgent case, I left and back at 9 something. Then she said can exchange the room for us. I will not coming back again!

Happy with the stay. Rooms are well kept and it’s comes with Aircon and fan, but can’t adjust the speed of the fan.

Staying for a night only- Overall, more than satisfactory experience. Cleanliness was on par, could be better in maintenance, uses good quality stuff like sanitary, aircon and ceiling fan however could maintain them better. Location is pretty convenient if you only hang out here. Car park was very useful and safe, once parked till checkout, unless travel out of this area. All staff are friendly.

Excellent location and near amenities. Only lacking breakfast.

Room was okay, convenient but what i not happy about was the cigarettes smell. It was all over the room at all time
