The room was generally old and dusty. It had not been cleaned before I checked in, I still could see bread crumbs on the floor. Asked the staff to clean while we were out, but the crumbs were still there when I got back. No heater, blanket spoiled, and no extra blanket upon request.

Ganesan was very helpful with the car lift and always with a smile. Great hotel even with the 4 star rating. The rooms were big and great space for the kids to play. There was a bazaar at night within walking distance. Will be back in future. Hassle free.

I stayed at this guesthouse for a couple of nights and was really satisfied with the experience. The room was cozy and spotless, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, and the shower had good water pressure—small things, but they made a big difference. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with directions or local tips. The location is super convenient, close to cafes, shops, and tourist spots. It’s not a luxury place, but for the price, it’s definitely a great find. I would happily stay here again.

The window view is nice whether is day or night time. It is very near to city square. The hotel room provides a ceiling fan also.

Friendly staff. Rooms quite spacious and clean. Only that no bathrobe or snacks. Which not that big deal. Lots of food ard the area( Pasar Karat just at the back). Provide some balloons for anniversary. Parking wisen, they do hv private parking. But may need staff help to access.

I recently stayed at your hotel for one night and encountered a rather disappointing experience that I would like to bring to your attention. I received a call informing me of a water leakage issue beside my room, and was told that I must return to the hotel and change rooms before 9:00 PM. I found this request frustrating, as I believe it would have been more reasonable and guest-friendly to allow the room change upon my return, rather than enforcing a strict time limit. Upon returning to the hotel, I was further disappointed to learn that there was no hot water supply available. Despite this, I had no choice but to shower without hot water. This significantly affected my comfort and overall stay. As a guest, I expected a higher standard of service and flexibility, especially when facing an issue that was not caused by me. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve communication and service recovery for future guests.

The hotel is awesome! Huge and clean room with pleasant and fast services. Staff are super friendly too. Many food choices within walking distance.

Stayed in Z Hotel from 12 June 25 to 14 June 25. Had a really great time throughout my stay. The room was huge and clean. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a carpark that is accessed by an elevator. I would like to give a shout out to the buff staff who helped guide me when I was moving my car into the elevator. Overall I have zero complains about my stay. It was great and I will likely come back to this hotel if I ever stay cay in JB again.

Location was convenient and good. A pity I didn’t have much opportunity to explore the eateries opposite the hotel. Will do so in my next visit
