Stayed at room 720 platinum suite for a night, impromptu. It is a corner room at far end. AC was weird in the middle of the night, felt super hot even though we set it at 18 deg c and highest fan mode, but became super cold again at sunrise. Room faces the main road so a single loud motorbike passing by is enough to wake me (light sleeper here). Pillows were too high/firm, got a neck sprain next morning. Tv has Netflix. Shower and toilet were decent. Did not use the bathtub. Buffet breakfast at level 13A served well - has all the carbs - rice, noodles, bread, porridge, mee/beehoon soto, cereal. Check in and out was a breeze. Parking is at lower levels, with gantry. Remember to let counter staff set parking ticket to complimentary parking and validate your ticket at level 2 before driving off.

A decent hotel. Serves it's purpose for my family. Tho the hotel could use an upgrade in terms of its outlook and facde (common area carpet, toilet shower glass, etc).. basically a fresh clean modern look will help..

The hotel room is clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast has room for improvement because the Mee Siam is not good. It was very good comparing other four star hotels in this price and pleasant stay because 2 technicians came to fix the missing local TV channels in Room No. 622 last Saturday evening. I took advantage of recreation opportunities to visit outdoor pool located on level 15 last Sunday morning, which is in an open area with no privacy to swim since it was surrounded with the bar seating area.

The Bed are not very clean it ... air cond come out gt smell.

A short getaway with my family of 4. This is my second time staying in this hotel. This time we stayed in Amerin suite. Room is very big with two separate bedroom. Both room has attached bathroom. One of it has a big bathtub & a separate shower. Free breakfast buffet provided. Wide selection of food to choose from. Location is just next to Perling Mall. Paradigm Mall is a few km away. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Decent & good value for money, no complains because location is not really ideal but liveable. nothing much for shopping as its in a very localized neighbourhood, so its GOOD for privacy. Halal hotel breakfast was very nice mix of local & ABF. There's also a Roof top pool & Sky Bar!! Great place to party & drinks

Nice hotel.The hotel was as expected and the staff well friendly.

Room had 2 wet towels hanging at the window probably from the previous occupier, there was blood stain on the bedsheet. Aircon wasn't cold - told the front desk and they sent the maintenance, it was better after the repair.

A little far from everything but there is food and a Giant opposite the hotel. Paradigm would be the nearest big mall and can be seen from the hotel room. Toiletries provided. Overall, the hotel feels a little dated, however safety seems ok.

Poor service and unresponsive. Doesnt stick to their policy. Could not be reached.

Sangat bersih dan selesa..cuma parking agak complicated..dah release park bila kluar tk lepas gate..terpaksa naik ke lobby kli k2..untuk released skli lg..

I got room wit problem on shower but they take fast action on tat...room a bit small but wit the price around rm190++ its not worth it...
