Hi, I have stayed in this hotel many times over the past 2 years. Everything is good. Breakfast was good too though not a wide spread variety.

This is always the hotel we stay in JB without fail. The bed is big and comfortable. The staff is very friendly too. As we are their regular, they will accommodate to our favourite type of room whenever possible.

Has not been staying this hotel for sometime, nice to be back, it has done some maintenance as some of the furniture is either clean or new. Great local, access to Pasa malan on Monday evening near to KSL.

Cleanliness. Clean, neat and spacious hotel. Booked a standard rooms that came with wooden vinlyn. No bath tub, which offered for deluxe room. Location. Near KSL mall. Very near to the night market, as we had planned to stroll and buy our dinner and had it at the room. Service. The breakfast counter recep, could be friendlier, seems like I owed him money. The check-in recep was polite. Amenities. Standard amenities. Could offer 1 extra white towel only.

Great stay and it’s walking distance to KSL. This is a better hotel than KSL with big room. The pool is not big but good enough if it’s not crowded. Overall we had a good time and we will be back for sure. Thanks everyone! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Not favourable for families with elderly. On a location with multiple steep slopes. Only bathtubs no separate shower area. Cleanliness is an issue with multiple stains on tables and sofa. water pressure and temperature is less than ideal. Water can turn scalding suddenly when showering. Flush is very slow for the toilet bowl and water level is high that can cause you to touch the water in the toilet bowl. Breakfast is super basic and plain. Interesting that the booking showed one king bed but had an extra single bed. Thats a plus. Price is for value for the space given but not as convenient.

Even tho the hotel is relatively old, it is fairly well maintained. Beds are comfortable. Mgmt should seriously look into improving bathroom floor. It can be slippery esp coming out of the bathtub after showers. Also, there is ample space for additional clothes racks or hangers. Females customers will be very happy with such additional features in the bathroom.

I made a separate booking for the second night, and the receptionist kindly arranged for me to stay in the same room, so I didn’t have to move. When she asked, I mentioned that the room needed to be made up, and she said housekeeping would handle it around 10am. However, when we returned after 12pm, the room was still not cleaned. When we asked the housekeeper, they said they thought we were checking out and didn’t know we were staying another night.

checked in late at 11++pm, process was smooth. rooms may be dated but they certainly are spacious. basic toiletries, kettle, coffee/tea sachets provided. location is superb, walking distance to ksl. would stay again!

Location is very centralised - close to city centre and major shopping malls and food eateries. Room is big and clean with super twin beds and with all necessary amenities provided. Most importantly, it is soundproof. Buffet breakfast and lunch - cost for senior citizens like us is affordable. Spread and food quality are good for the price paid. Will stay at Grand Paragon Johor Bahru again during the next visit. Strongly recommend stay at this hotel.

The room was big and cosy.Nice view and also there is pasar malam on Monday

Hotel location is good Breakfast at the hotel is normal, Hope they will upgrade menu. Given room near Lift as per our request. Recommended Thanks
