KSL Hotel & Resort recensioner

This is our first stay at KSL Hotel & Resort and immediately we are falling in love with it. Here is the feedback based on our experience. Location: 5/5. Super duper convenient to the nearby eatery via grab or walking distance. Cleanliness: 4/5. We saw some coarse grain sugar dropped by the previous guest and not properly clean/overlooked by the housekeeper. Bed, pillow & toilet are clean. Amenities: 4/5. We booked a 3 guests room but only received a necessity for 2 guests, like bath towel, toothbrush, hotel slippers & cups. No supply for the shower cap, sanitary bag & laundry bag, please bring your own if needed. The wardrobe hang bar in vertical orientation instead of horizontal where it relatively reduces the amount of clothes you can hang. The shower glass door cannot close properly and eventually the shower water split out to the dry area. Toilet seat with build in bidet which is a plus point. Hotel room card was given 3 cards. Service: 4.5/5. Check-in and checkout are both very smooth and fast. Hotel also provided luggage storage which is great where you can park your luggages b4 check-in or after checkout, great and thanks a lot for that. I think that's why the hotel doesn't have the lobby area with sofa coz the management uses the space for the guest to store their luggages while they can do their errands. We will definitely come to stay at KSL Hotel & Resort if the price is right 👍.

The hotel's location is very good and convenience. All yummy food and shops are within walking distance. It has a public bus provided to and from in centre. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean.

I booked via Trip.com and the room that was allocated to us was at Tower 2 Level 15. As many reviewers reviewed the same, the room at Tower 2 was run-down compared to Tower 1. The design was older. Some parts of the windows outside is full of dirt and algae. The fridge and phone were not working. The drawers have stains which are not clean-up and maintain after many stayers. Please consider installing handheld shower instead of stationary top-down shower, this will help younger infant or kids when showering. I hope the hotel management can consider upgrading the hotel and fix those no-working amenities. Service is good from front-desk and the room service are awesome when they delivered the 3rd pax daily necessity at the door. Location is definitely awesome, is directly above KSL shopping mall. Overall experience for us is ok as is a one-night stay with infant. Hopefully, the hotel can improve in the amenities.

The hotel was conveniently located just right above KSL. For the breakfast, there was a wide variety to choose from

The room is clean and comfortable. The tv is huge and the location is good. Many nice food nearby.

Good. Happy with the stay, occupied few rooms with friends. Overall everyone happy with the stay. A popular hotel. Very convenient as locates right next to the KSL mall.

Our check-in was processed quickly and given adjoining rooms. Essentials are adequate and we are especially happy with the fluffy pillows ! Lots of nice eateries within the hotel and would like to specially You Kee XO which served very nice soup, duck and fresh fish! We also found an interesting snack "Thai Snacks"🤣

A bir far from customs but the hotel is just beside KSL mall with a lot of great service and a lot of food outside and inside the hotel. It was just normal and nothing special.

l Mixed Experience at Ksl Hotel My wife and I stayed at the ksl Hotel to celebrate my birthday, but our experience was marred by an issue with the aircon. It was freezing cold, and we couldn't adjust the temperature because the controls weren't working. We had to call maintenance to fix the issue, which was inconvenient and wasted some of our precious time. On the plus side, the hotel's location is fantastic - being directly below a huge mall is super convenient for shopping and dining. Despite the aircon issue, we appreciated the hotel's proximity to amenities. Hopefully, the hotel will take steps to ensure that rooms are thoroughly checked before guests arrive.

🚿Shower Tap not Hot enough, washing sink water flow very slow, aircon not adjustable very cold in the middle of the night, TV channel 8 No reception at room #14-01, breakfast food not nice not much variety. Good thing is can check in early at 11am,and express check out .

Nice short stay at KSL after a long trip from KL ＞ Malacca ＞ JB. All is good except there’s many ants ants in the rooms. Hope that the management can maintain the cleanliness and improve the staff service.

Customer service told us we will be getting a free upgrade but I realize the room I get is the same room as I booked. Other than that is all good.

KSL HOTEL IS NOT BAD, BUT HOWEVER THE BEDSHEET LOOK LIKE NEVER CHANGE, BATHROOM AND THE REST ARE OK, PRICE ARE A BIT TOO HIGH AS COMPARE TO OTHER HOTEL WITHOUT BREAKFAST, SWIMMING POOL CLEAN. HOPE KSL CAN LOWER THE PRICE AS NEARBY GOT NEW HOTEL START SOON

The hotel is located at a good location where it’s easily accessible and connected to KSL mall. However, the hotel was a little dirty/dusty in the cabinets and there are imperfections on the furniture, making the place seem a little older. Sound proofing was bad as well and we were able to hear our neighbours frequently.
