Nice pool, chill vibes. Really convenient to Southkey mid valley but the hotel feels small and cramp, with a packed lobby for check-in.

Very smooth check-in process. Initially, I expected a 200 MYR deposit as stated in the trip information, but it seems that policy is outdated — no deposit was required. We were also offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room matched the description and overall cleanliness was satisfactory. There were minor issues like some hard water stains in the shower area, but nothing that affected the stay. I want to clarify a concern I saw in earlier reviews about low water pressure: I found the shower pressure perfectly normal and comparable to most hotels. The only minor inconvenience was that the hot water took a little while to come on, but it wasn’t a major issue. I did not opt for the breakfast as it was slightly pricey, and there are plenty of affordable food delivery options available. A highlight was the Samsung TV in the room, which made screen mirroring easy — though note that apps like YouTube and Netflix aren't pre-installed. Another great feature is the complimentary transport service to The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey — but note that it runs only until 9 PM. Otherwise, getting to the mall by ride-hailing services is affordable, and the location is very convenient, especially for travelers coming from CIQ. Overall, this hotel is an excellent alternative to St. Giles Southkey. Given the lower room rates, I see little reason to choose St. Giles unless you highly value being steps away from the mall and having a free breakfast (which I personally find subpar) at a higher price.

Only feedback is aircond not functioning well. Other than that, everything is good especially the location.

Great location but didn't manage to use shuttlea as only starts from 12pm. Quite walkable to Mid Valley

The room is clean as advertised in the trip website .book through trip which is easier and fast as recommended . Highly recommend. There is small bar for drinking at ground floor. Fast check in and check out process. The receptionist attend you very fast, no long waiting which is really excellent service . Good hotel

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Love the breakfast. ❤️❤️❤️ Will definitely come back here in future!

Overall the stay was great. Booked the superior king room and there was welcome mocktail coupons given upon check in. Toilet comes with rain shower head and necessary toiletries. The shampoo and body wash holder need to be improved.

Near to Mid Valley SouthKey. can just walk over. Preferred Opero hotel over St Giles SouthKey as I drive around. Parking is free for Opero hotel unlike St Giles SouthKey..

Finally managed to book Opero after so long, cos always SOLD OUT on most dates like St. Giles. First experience: - Room is relatively small, but it's clean and nice. - Hotel has private car-park. Will book again in future.

Shower water drops too small… take ages to finish showering, especially lady with long hair. Need to improve.

Friendly staff, good services, clean room. Prime location, minutes walk to Mid Valley.
