Although the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the service was seriously lacking. The woman that checked us in was not at all welcoming. The bar was completely out of wine of any kind. There was no coffee available in the lobby. The fellows working in the bar mostly visited with each other, laughing and cutting up. We won’t stay there again.

I am Lifetime Gold with Marriott and struggle deciding between Hilton and Marriott. I won’t struggle here next time, no more Marriott. Upon walking in, I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes before someone came to check me in. With Hilton I do digital check in and walk straight to my room. You have to stop and get keys at Marriott what is the point? No gold acknowledgement, no upgrade, not even a water. The room seems kind of dirty with shower water spots and sticky floors. The worst is the air conditioning is non existent it turns off and on when it wants and you have no control. I set at 70, 68, 66, 65 and it never changed from a stagnant 72 and kept turning off. Frustrating. I could hear my neighbors tv and them talking also. Won’t be back.

My husband has lung cancer and he needed to continue his Radiation. The hospital which is across the hospital made a arrangements for our reservation The entire experience was good. The desk clerk were all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant had limited menu but delicious. The Cobb salad was awesome Salad was an amazing n video. I highly recommend this hotel.

Husband, pregnant wife, and toddler booked room directly on courtyard by Marriott site. After having to change rooms immediately upon checkout due to filthy room with beer/alcohol bottles left everywhere, second room had trash on floor.. When being woken up by banging on the door the next morning- in regards to “fire alarm issue” from supposedly 12 hours prior (previous night)-staff threatened to force entry into room after being asked to let us get dressed. After visiting front desk in regards to said “fire alarm issue” was denied speaking to “manager” and told there was no further issue.. only to have police show up to room 10 minutes later. After inviting officer in and discussing reason for visit he had little knowledge as to why police were called by management.. and confirmed there was no misconduct. Originally booked 2 nights, but decided best to check out after incident. Upon checking out asked for manager’s explanation of above events and was greeted by extremely an unprofessional “manager” that claimed we would be not be getting deposit back due to “smell of pot” in room. When that accusation was denied police were called back out hotel and “maintenance & food and beverage” employees that claimed they smelled such made threats and accusations. Police ended up responding and assisting with room inspection and it was resulted that no such smell or reason to believe unauthorized behavior was performed and I was insured I would receive whole deposit refunded. Upon leaving hotel, total charges for 2 night stay (one of which should be refunded due to early checkout) was increased by $50 and additional charge of an unexplained $35+ charge is pending card. Will follow up on how charges are handled… but for the price of this hotel and the expected reputation of Marriott, we were extremely let down and disappointed. Will not be booking any related hotel in the future and do not recommend. The whole situation was degrading and could have easily been avoided or handled differently at best. Tread lightly and don’t have too high of expectations.

The hotel looks to be not too old, but has major maintenance problems from the lights not working too hvac problems. Shower was leaking with water pressure issues. Changed rooms twice and they both had issues. Beds are very comfortable. Internet works ok. Staff is very friendly and they are doing their best to try and make customers happy. Hotel could be great if they would just upkeep it.

I stayed 3 nights in February 2022 due to a family member being in ICU across the street at NEA Baptist. Beds were very comfortable and hotel staff pleasant. The pillows were lacking as there was no firm option. There was also no free breakfast for this inflated price. They did, however, offer a discount from their normal price by about $30 due to family member at NEA The front staff neglected to mention that there would be no linen service unless requested., however one day cleaning staff removed only the towels and did not replace.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. I enjoyed my stay until my very last hour. During our checkout, we waited at the front desk for 40 minutes waiting while someone sat in the back staring at me. I felt ignored at that moment. Before this, I would’ve give them a 5/5, but that one situation really just turned the entire hotel sour.

We choose to stay here every time we visit our granddaughter at ASU. The staff is quick to help with any need. The rooms are very comfortable. Easy parking adds to the stay. It is close to campus and other stops we visit in Jonesboro. Always very clean!
