Our home was originally built in 1905 by the somewhat notorious cigar manufacturer Leon S. Boucher. The Flor De Leon was a popular brand of cigars that L.S. Boucher manufactured and sold here in downtown Joplin.My wife and I have lovingly renovated our home over the past year by combining its original historic charm with our own modern/eclectic style. We are particularly proud of the kitchen, bathrooms, and sunroom! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!Guest Access:The first floor consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, powder room, and sunroom. A laundry room is also available for use in the basement The second floor is the main sleeping area which consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms on this floor have desk space. The third floor is the master suite. A great place to unwind after a long day of traveling!
