The breakfast buffet was quite disappointing and did not meet expectations. The food lacked freshness — there was no live counter for dosa or tea, and most items seemed to have been prepared in advance and left out for too long. The sambar was watery and bland, the idlis were hard and dry, and the dosa lacked taste and not crispness. Overall, the South Indian items, which are usually staples, were not up to standard. Additionally, the service was extremely poor. There were no staff members present to assist or attend to guests. Tables were not cleared in a timely manner, and basic things like cutlery, napkins, or drinking water had to be asked for multiple times. The overall dining area felt unmanaged and neglected. For a hotel of this level, we expected better food quality, more attentive service, and a well-organized buffet experience. Unfortunately, the breakfast left a negative impression on our stay.
