Issues: 1. Being double charged by the third party and the hotel itself. Be careful and be sure to check to ensure they charge you only once and with the right amount. (The hotel did issue a credit and fixed it) 2. Uncleanliness - a bug found crawling on the wall; Decor vase has water stains all over. Plastic bottle caps and a hand towel found behind the nightstands. Shower gel bottled couldn't attached to the wall, Hairs found along the baseboard/door frame of the bathroom, and dusts built up on the corners of the bathroom. A cracked tile in the bathroom. 3. The alarm clock did not get adjusted when daylight saving time begins. 4. When paid a premium to book a king bed, was automatically downgraded to two queens or two double beds. 5. Breakfast was said to be available and listed as "included" on *******, but the hotel did not offer, but Chris the manager listened and covered the breakfast cost for me. Positives: * Positive service attitude. Proactively trying to solve issues and make guests happy from staff, Brandon, to manager, Chris. That positive attitude is consistent and appreciated. * Easy parking * Spacious room The facility is on older side of Marriott, due for renovation/upgrade. If a room is filthy and unclean, it's hard to receive a high rating from me. Photos attached are evidence.
