Brief rundown: - The staff genuinely hate you and think of you as an inconvenience - The food has a 100% success rate at making people ill, my partner and I stayed 3 nights, we were ill both nights we ate here - Whilst it's an 'all inclusive' the likelihood of them either giving you something you didn't order (Ask for a tequila sunrise, get a vodka lemonade and some red flavouring) or them being 'out of stock' is very high - There are cats in the restaurant (omg cute right?) but also on the first night we stayed we followed a cat into a room on the 3rd floor and found that they literally live in the stock room. In the 1st image you can see a cat and at least 2 kittens (there were about 6 in there in total) with the slippers they stock in the rooms, the coffee and bedding all in with them - You have about a 1 in 6 chance of picking up a clean plate - A staff member was being violently ill in the bathroom just outside of the restaurant, very audibly, he then walked straight into the restaurant to continue working - Partner noticed we were being bitten in the night in bed, came home today and had a shower, noticed these bites on my foot, not sure if befbugs or mosquitoes

I am here now an it’s awful ! If you have booked this hotel . I feel for you. Best tip do not eat the food ! Rotten meat. So many people have been ill . No point complaining staff do not care! They can’t speak English . All rooms are bad . Only good thing is the pool and the sun other than that . Very very poor hotel and definitely only a one 1️⃣ ⭐️. Entertainment there is none all bars close at 1100 . Nothing is save in the rooms . People have had money taken this week. And the manger could t care isn’t his fault 🤦‍♀️ avoid at all costs.

We arrived to a power cut and sat in the lobby in the pitch black was taken to our room in block b absolutely disgusting mould and damp on the walls dirty doors and windows ants all over the floor had to pay 10 euros per night to be upgraded into the main building food was the same every day on our last morning there was a chicken piece from the night before in with the pancakes ( I think it must of got stuck in the lid and fell into the pancakes) the pool areas are really nice and the staff also nice but I would say it's a 2 star or at a push 3 star

The WORST HOTEL EVER. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. The reception staff at the hotel are the worst ever. They do not care about you even when you are making a valid complaint. I got to the hotel very tired and just wanted to have a nap before dinner. On getting to the reception, the manner at which I was spoken to was the absolute worst Almost like I got the booking for free. I got given a very dirty room with hair all around and very dirty floor. and came back down to complain about this. The receptionist told me to step aside and wait. Waited till like forever, and no one showed up to even help. The food is very basic and very repetitive. This hotel deserves a 1 star at the most. Worst hotel ever. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER

The staff are friendly and entertainment are great. Fatih is good and helpful the beer is nice from the bar and very accessible. Could not fault the hotel at all and would be happy to come back for another holiday. the shuttle to the beach and land of legends is also very easy

The night activities were amazing, plenty to do, night clubs are stunning and they reps keep you safe, Fatih, from the animation team especially kept us safe and together. Rooms were kept clean and staff are all very friendly. Not too far from Belek either.

The worst hotel i been in it is so bad I dont know to start from When i first game we came 01 in the night it tolk 2 hours to get good and clean room we changed room 3 times The second the rooms was bad disgusting we got 3 rooms and 2 of them had lizardz and snakes and the reception told us to wait and didnt get them Third Service was so bad so bad every evning we have to wait to them to clean the tables and bring knife sometimes we self did it Four People who work in reception nobody of them knew english and we vad problems with tje cards to the room they cannot fix that they registerd the room to sting people and they dont know anything Five The food was so bad lunch and dinner in the buffet was old and same thing every day and everyday raw meat The pool was digusting wrong info in the paper about ph and everything they only lie And many of people who work here them self says its so bad. You gonna have a better vacation if you take anathor hotel Honestly a 2-3 star in alanya is much better

Got to the hotel at 9 in the evening reception was very rude told us they no rooms available and need to come in the morning!! Like excuse me what we have a booking that was made months ago then he said wait let me see what I can do bro was acting like he was giving us a room for free was not offered a drink n when asked they said we don’t have food available order something from outside . Bearing in mind we have paid for all inclusive after two hours of waiting, we were downgraded to a room on inspection. The room had no air conditioning. Toilet was dirty dirty pillows ants everywhere when complained did they take it or leave it? It was a good job. I had some cereal bars in the bags for the kids got through the night. Mention reception in the morning to ask for room change they start yelling at us saying there’s nothing available. Come back at 2 o’clock we said okay at least fix our air-conditioning, but no one listened And just laughed in they language rude stuff horrible, horrible food leftover from the night before you get for breakfast the bar outside the pool where the serve drinks refused to servers not to mention everyone dying at the queues for a slice of pizza it was a holiday from hell in our seven days we did not get our air-conditioning fixed We could not wait to get back we will look down on that we went for free we had rubbish bags outside our door. There was water outside our door slipped. I told the receptionist they just mumbled your language and laughed at me. The main reception doors kept slamming on people slammed on my sons head from both sides I told them and they looked and just didn’t do anything. Not to mention we were put on the outside building where we had to carry our suitcases on level 3 because there’s no lifts and we had no help bringing them down when ask they said he’ll boy is busy as well when we were leaving at 6 o’clock in the morning there was no .. please avoid n don’t waste your money no entertainment for the kids there was no ice creams or snacks for the kids throughout the day when asked said they opens at 4 o’clock the ice cream bar which never happened. In 25 years of travelling this is the first worst hoikday I’ve ever been on never again turkey.oh n the kids pool is not for the kids if they is adults lying on the side of the pool with they ass hanging out and plates were always dirty and the juice machine never worked you got water out off it give up lol
