Amazing room, service amazing, great pools, lots of bars with not much wait for drinks! Overall very happy! Guest relations informed us of where to go, entertainment was perfect, lots of range. There is a lady who makes gozleme is amazing and tasty.

HOTEL. The hotel is in a great location, close to the airport, public transport is available near the hotel, you can go to the market and other places. Wonderful view of the sea and distant mountains. The hotel also has water slides, mini golf. FOOD. The food at the hotel is delicious, lots of variety. Food is available in several places - in the main restaurant, a burger place, a snack bar (pizza, salad, kebab meat), another snack place with cakes, ice cream is available by the pool in several variations every day and the Sultan restaurant 24h. ENTERTAINMENT. In the middle of the day, music plays by the pool, there is an opportunity to play bocce, darts, volleyball, there is an opportunity to participate in fitness training. Unfortunately, not all guests were offered the opportunity to participate, because the animation team focused more on the same guests every day. The music by the pool sounds the same every day. The last few days have already started to get on my nerves. The animation for children is great. There is a kids club and an evening mini disco. The evening program for adults is weak - live music every evening, no shows. I would recommend thinking about it. BAR. The bar and restaurant staff are fantastic, always smiling, professional, they can make almost any cocktail. Many thanks to everyone, especially the bartender ALPEREN! There is also an Irish bar, which, as far as I remember, works until 3:00am. In general, we liked the hotel and everything else, except evening entertiment.

Dude, I was very well served but there are some people in general who deserve the highlighted name speaking and telling the truth rewarded for the service, the hotel was top 5 stars, I liked it because at the moment I had a small problem the manager called me and solved and made our stay amazing and took care of our vacation to be perfect name of the manager is Volkan professional, I don’t know if I write his correct name I’m sorry but he is the guest relations manager another employee who were great was (NESET AND ALPENEN ) great professionals could not forget the wonderful spa relaxing professional and that takes care of customers always best names (RABTA professional in massage friendly and attentive deserves an increase I will, I loved it when I come back next year I want to do it again), my great professional friend good people, friendly attentive TRFAN, and attendant, friendly, charismatic laughing :DAMLA In short, perfect and I’ll be back next year and bring more people with me and I always recommend it, thank you for the perfect stay

This is a great resort. There is a wide variety of activities for adults and children throughout the day and into the evening. There are food stalls and bars in every corner of the resort that caters to all tastes. The customer service staff are extremely helpful, especially when it comes to accommodating allergies. They take the issue seriously and ensure that you get to speak to the head chefs. The rooms are cleaned to a good standard each day. The location is amazing as it is hidden away from the busy built-up areas and sits along a lovely beach coastline. The two other resorts either side of Crystal Tat don't really impact on the experience. This resort has obviously thought of the little things that make a holiday more special, such as all the free toiletries, drinks, ice-cream, plenty of towels for the beach, the childcare, the superb selection of a la carte restaurants (of which Idris and his colleagues were excellent with their service), etc. The one thing that would improve the experience would be if the gym/games equipment was is maintained and kept in good working order. Some of the machines were broken and hadn't been fixed, and there were tennis rackets which badly needed to be replaced. A little reinvestment and maintenance would make the experience all that much better. All in all, it is a great resort, and one I'd go back to.
