Bellis Deluxe Hotel & Heated for Winter Aqua Park

This hotel is good, I would have given this hotel 5/5 if it wasn’t for the couple of points I will discuss later Overall, very clean, great resort, and very big, the Zoo is a great added bonus and kids loved it. We had the family room, it was ok, a bit tired, and only one toilet, tiny bath and sink area for two rooms and 4 people was not great. Food was amazing, the drinks, coffee, cafe, and food options are endless. This hotel is relaxed, and everything works really well. Feedback points: - Staff in this hotel find it very hard to communicate or speak English, I have stayed at 3-4 others resorts in Antalya and never experienced it this bad. This is something you must fix. It’s a universal language, and never experienced it this bad in any other country I have been, or anywhere else in Turkey. - I caught a sickness bug on my last day, non stop vomiting, went to the Dr office nobody there, called a number, nurse initially advised not open and bye, she then came reluctantly as I was ‘No Doctor?’, The Dr is not on site, sorry we can’t help you, and go to guest relations. What are guest relations going to do? You need to go to the hospital for a check up if you want a paracetamol was her response. Again how can a nurse not speak English, it was so hard to communicate. This is a risk to anyone coming to this hotel, a Doctor is not available or onsite 24hrs a day as I found when I needed help. I was shocked, and for a simple request of a paracetamol or anti sickness tablet, I was required to visit the hospital, according to the nurse. Crazy? What if it was a serious incident?? This can not be acceptable - Your outdoor pools for a 5 star hotel at this cost should be heated. Unacceptable they are not. I can’t give this hotel any more than 4 out of 5, especially with how the Nurse handled the situation when I needed help. Disappointed.

We spent our honeymoon at Bellis Deluxe and had an amazing time! The hotel offers a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere with luxurious surroundings. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The grounds are stunning, with lovely pools, gardens, and easy access to the beach. The food was great, especially the a la carte restaurants, and the cocktails were delicious—perfect for sipping by the pool. The nightly shows were also a highlight, offering great entertainment and a lively atmosphere. Highly recommend Bellis Deluxe for a romantic and memorable getaway!

Perfect pillow, very nice coffees, perfect food, very nice staff, top class everything. Cafe Bellis is the best coffeeshop in the world. I really enjoyed staying here. The pools are beautiful and everything.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

First impressions was gud we arrived late Checked in to are room witch was tiny a supposed to be a sea view after upgrading but u could see the sea just though the trees if I looked carefully did ask to change rooms was shown a room next block down but exactly same room so I said no then told come back next day to be told no rooms free in the hotel Next day was told 9am next day come back ended up unpacking and gave up ….. Never been to a hotel were the staff seem so mardy to be at work or struggle to talk staff that are rude the language barrier was hard so I ended up haveing to download google translate To explain stuff I would say this is not an hotel for English people the amount of Russians there is crazy and rude is beyond a joke from pushing in at the bars and food and if there’s Ques they don’t care and walk infront of u with no hesitation Evan round the pools they have massive speakers playing alday full blast never been on holiday and by day 5 I’m ready to go home Night entertainment is very gud if u like acrobats it’s on every single day ! The drinks taste gone off constantly takeing them back at least 3 times a day Will defo not return to turkey after this visit It’s ruined my hole experience

We have stayed in Turkish all inclusives before and to start with I wasn't that happy, mainly as there weren't many English familes there for my son to meet. But you can't judge a holiday by that. He did end up making lots of friends, just needed a bit of Google Translate ;-) I can however say that the customer relations team led by Marina are AMAZING. They went above and beyond and took care of us. The reservation manager was also extremely helpful :-) Unfortuantely my son needed to go to hospital when we were there but the hotel and all the staff went above and beyond to help us. Wide selection of foods and drinks in different places around the large complex. Restaurants and bar staff all polite and very helpful. It is great that you can order drinks to your sun lounger too. Lots of entertainment for all ages. Great pools, one with music all day and one that was quiet. Plenty of sports to do, darts, football, volleyball, tennis to name a few. Really nice beach and pier. Short taxi ride to Belek where there are a LOT of shops 15 Euros one way, 25 rtn. Same price to Land of Legends which is very close to the hotel Huge variety of room choices and varying levels of accomodation, just check what you book beforehand though as we booked through Love Holidays and it wasn't very clear what type of room we had, so after emailing the hotel directly we had to pay to upgrade into two seperate bedrooms. Thank you again to Marina , and the wonderul guest relations lady who messaged me with details of assistance at the airport the night before we left. I hope we come back next year.
