Excellent 5+++ hotel. The perfect location of the entire infrastructure, interesting and fascinating programs for the whole family, no one was bored in the family, 2 weeks flew by like 1 day. A wonderful multi-shaped kitchen, all the dishes are at the highest level, several zones work at once during the day where you can have a great meal or snack, in short, everything that was eaten and drunk is excellent!!! The main value is the staff, they often wonder if everything is fine, if you ordered everything you wanted and if you need help. They actively interact with children, which is very pleasant. With this approach, you feel 100% relaxed, and this undoubtedly distinguishes Bellis from other equally renowned hotels in Turkey. I would especially like to mention one of the senior staff named Yasar. An open-minded, very sociable person who knows what a real super service is, come to Happy Hour in the evening. Yasar will help you choose dishes, speed up the process of the kitchen, waiters, and just chat with you on various topics in a friendly way (even if he doesn't know how to explain, keep talking, this person will understand everything ;). This is the second year we have stayed here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time, and more than likely will be back for a third year. The staff are truly absolutely amazing and couldn’t do anymore to make you feel welcome. They need to be rewarded for their warmth, generosity & hospitality. The photographer, Ali is lovely and captures the most amazing memories for you and for such a good price. The standard of food is fantastic, and there is definitely something for everyone. The drinks are branded which makes a nice change compared to other hotels & you aren’t left with an empty glass for longer than 1 minute! The cleanliness of the whole resort inside and out is lovely. The house keeping staff are really sweet, every day they would position my son’s cuddly toys on the bed which was a nice personal touch for him. One of the days I’d left my AirPods on the bed by mistake which had accidentally been scooped up with the laundry when the beds were changed (they’re all white and quite small so easily done), I use my AirPods daily and can’t live without them so I was quick the panic. I rang reception and to my surprise they had been handed in by the house keeping staff. The only thing I would say, is the shop is very expensive (unless it’s cigarettes). If traveling with young children, take floaties / water toys / balls with you!! However, there is a larger shop 20 minute walk away which is extremely cheap. Over all if I could give 10 stars I would. We can’t wait to return.

We spent our vacation (a family of three) at the Bellis Deluxe hotel and were incredibly impressed! It's one of those rare hotels that doesn't just meet expectations but exceeds them. Here are the details. Grounds and Overall Impression: The hotel's grounds are thoughtfully designed to the smallest detail: well-kept green areas, cleanliness, and order everywhere. You truly feel that they work for the guests here. But the main highlight is the service, which is of the highest standard. The staff is attentive, polite, and always ready to help. You feel this from the first minute until checkout. We have other hotels to compare it to, and the comparison is always in favor of Bellis Deluxe. Room: The room (standard category) is compact but perfectly adequate. It was very clean, cosy, and functional. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff - the cleaning was impeccable, every day. The minibar was restocked regularly (soft drinks and beer); we never had to ask for anything. Dining and Bars: The food was varied and very tasty. The restaurants and bars are excellent: a huge choice to suit any taste. We were particularly pleased with the selection of imported spirits in the bars - the quality and variety were impressive. For children, there was always an abundance of fresh fruit and ice cream. Sea and Pools: The pier is very convenient, with entry into the sea from three sides. This is safe and comfortable, especially for families with children, as the entry is gentle and shallow. There is a huge number of pools to choose from! Plus, several water parks—separate ones for toddlers and for older children. The indoor pool was great, and the fabulous SPA complex is wonderful (services there are paid but worth it). Entertainment: The children's animation was one of the best. Our child was thrilled with the activities, both inside the kids' club and outdoors. The animators are true professionals. An unexpected and pleasant bonus was the excellent zoo and horse farm. A wonderful place for walks for both children and adults. Verdict: Bellis Deluxe became the first hotel we genuinely want to return to. It perfectly combines comfort, a variety of entertainment, top-tier service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Bellis Deluxe was amazing! Everything was great, but the highlight for us was definitely the entertainment team. They are full of energy, super friendly, and make every day special. The evening shows were incredible – professional performances, lots of fun and such a great atmosphere. We really enjoyed every moment!
