Belkon Hotel

Where do I start. This is probably the worse hotel I've ever come across. NOT A 4* BARELY A 2*. Firstly if you have booked here change ASAP. We were the only English family and didn't feel welcome at all mainly Russians we arrived at 3am were guided to the room in compete darkness. When we got the room which wasn't advertised it was a villa and it was discusting I will add photos people were arguing and a rushing guy wrapped his hand up.ready to punch another guest why my child sat there the hotel staff just laughed. Most of the staff are very young constantly harrased my 13 year old. *aircon leaked causing a pool of water : *door handles were missing *kids beds were broken *shower was broken *window were broken and wouldn't close anyone could enter *sheets were ripped *rug was covered in brown stuff *floor was discusting *Tiles were broken on the floor and walls extremely dangerous *electrical wired exposed *sockets hanging off *pool steps had steps missing and sharp metal exposed *constantly spelt of sewage *toilets were awful constantly shut *No snack bar all food always had flies on *food was the same every day no change (chicken and rice ) *Other Russian guest would littal shove children out the way and run for food it was like nothing I've ever seen. So the hotel also states it has a park, it does not It also does not have a kids club I stayed for two weeks no kids club. Night time entertainment is just music on a laptop sometimes a Russian disco for 30 mins for little ones and a Turkish dancer once a week From 7.30-10 nothing just laptop music we were bored beyond belief Food- food was awful chicken and rice every night odd time chips which were also awful and the Russian guest would quiet litrally take plate fulls nothing would be left Sunbeds- all cracked and broken cut my leg twice. I could go on and on. Drinks - one local alcohol one wine that's it Pepsi, 7up and Fanta don't even think about asking for milk for your tea god forbid a brit should want milk. Ice cream you have to buy not in all inclusive there are inly Turkish cake tbh it was vile. Breakfast we couldn't eat nothing at all food I'd never seen I did try but it was awful. To add I've been to Turkey numerous times never experienced anything like it food wise Good bits 3 pools however only one shallow one and it's tiny the rest are very deep if you have none swimmers. Jimmy a guy who rents cars and will take you to the town ect my daughter got an ear infection and he did help and get us ear drops he was very helpful and we were very greatfull (nothing is close and what is isn't much of anything tbh) Land of legends is close by however its very very expensive. Unfortunately it was very hard just to think of anything good so that's it. I booked with Thomas cook how they are able to get away with advertising this hotel is beyond me.

This hotel is 4 star, but it’s not even 2 star, never been to hotel this dirty before, dont ever book to this hotel, the rooms very dirty, staff very rude, my shower had gone, i told them, they said we’re gonna do it but it’s been 2 days they never sorted it

The Belcon Hotel is advertised as a 4 star property on Thomas Cook & On the Beach websites so we booked a week's all inclusive holiday. The overall condition of the hotel is appalling, there were numerous electrical and trip hazards throughout the place, many of the staff were unfriendly & unhelpful (though a few were lovely) and the food was diabolical. We expected some good Turkish food but instead were given a strange mis-mash of food, never labelled so you never had a clue what you were eating. Food that was not used during one mealtime appeared again at the next meal though sometimes disguised as something else. Though the hotel was apparently full, there were only 3 or 4 choices, most of which appeared to be chicken (though we can't be certain what it was) which one of our party can't eat. The toilets by the pool area were filthy, didn't look like they'd been cleaned in a very long time. The hotel's beach area had a few dozen sun-loungers, every one of which were broken. The shuttle but to & from the beach was a 15 seat bus - on one occasion we counted 30 people getting off it so there was no thought given to safety. Overall it was a very disappointing experience & in reality a waste of money - don't bother to stay there.

Great hotel!! the food is very tasty and varied. the staff is good. they speak different languages, it's very convenient. also, all the people are very friendly. Separately, I want to say about the bar. you can order any drinks here. and also, the barista is very funny and funny! the rooms are comfortable. there is everything you need. cleaning every day. there is also plenty of water in the room, towels are changed and everything necessary for the toilet and bathroom. The sea is not so far from the hotel itself, you can even walk. throughout the day, until six o'clock in the evening, there is a bus that takes you from the sea and takes you back to the hotel. Animation and other events are held every evening at the hotel. In general, everything is fine!!

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to, booked a month, after a few days booked another hotel. No hot water, electric keeps cutting off, water keep cutting off, Food is unedable, selection very poor and repetitive,and always cold. Toilet facilities filthy and unhygienic. Chef thinks he is best chef in country, personally I think he is the worst. No entertainment. All-inclusive drink selection is only . Tea, coffee,soft drinks, beer, or racki, no other spirits or cocktails. No complaints book, or manager available when you ask, and suddenly they do not understand English when you complained More like a holiday inn, dozens of different people appear in evening, and vanished next morning. So very unsafe if you have children or young children in hotel, as no security at hotel and anyone can wander into and on hotel property. Nearest shops nearly 2 mile away. Taxis are ripping everyone off, charging 15 Euro for a 2 euro trip ( as requested by Uber cabs ) Would not recommend any British family or individual's to book this hotel.

If you are thinking of going to an all-inclusive hotel with lovey staff, great food then I'd advise to look elsewhere. Food is the worst I have ever seen, to scared to try any Should be shut down!! Rude staff aswell
