This was the most terrible ,,hotel” i’ve ever booked. First of all, the room was very dirty and it was clear that there was no cleaning service done properly before our arrival, as i found used black socks on the floor next to one of the beds (mind you, they were in plain sight, it was the first thing i noticed when i walked into the room). Then, the acces card to the room was not functioning properly, the electricity was flickering, not to mention the AC that took too long to power on, and when it finally started working it was making terrible noises and not releasing any cold air. I tried to talk to the staff to give us another room, but all they did was send the cleaning service to ,,clean” aka broom the dirty socks on the floor. The bedsheets were stained and looked filthy and so did the beds. The wifi wasn’t working either but honestly that was the least of our problems. All in all, this was my experience with this ,,hotel” and the fact that i am sharing this, although i don t usually like to give bad reviews says a lot about the accomodation conditions this place gave us.

If you are from the UK do not book this hotel as you will not be welcomed! The staff are very rude towards British people, me and my boyfriend booked all inclusive and only ate one day in this hotel as the food made me physically sick, not much variety of different food. We didn’t have any alcoholic drinks as we was asking for vodka and Pepsi and they were just giving us Pepsi no matter how much we asked for Vodka. I would be waiting at the bar to be served and the staff just walked away without even acknowledging me. The room was no where near 4 stars, the shower was hanging off the wall, no light in the main room so was stupidly dark, the room was really dusty and also no balcony only a small window which opened. We had no cleaner the whole time we was there. The water slides were not working at all the whole time we was there and the closest beach is a 30 minute walk and full of rubbish when you get there. If it wasn’t for land of legends being so close I dread to think how bad our holiday would have been. I’m not one to leave reviews usually but honestly save your money and do not book here!

We spent £1052 for a weeks stay at the start of July, the hotel it’s self up is gorgeous and it is very close to Land Of Legends which I highly recommend you visit. If you are wanting to visit The Land Of Legends, we paid £68 per person for the day, we booked it with a man named Hamza who is located in a near by shop, he looked after us very well. We also bought a boat trip with him which was £30 each. The staff in the hotel work extremely hard and they always polite. One of the only down sides of the hotel was food, the me and my girlfriend are picky eaters so the options were very limited it was usually chicken, pasta and rice. Overall this hotel is very good, it was 3 fresh water pools which people barely used. The hotel didn’t have very many english however the staff could speak a little of English.

David Is best butler that I may have at impressive Hotel it's easy to communicate every day and all you need he is always close to answer all things so with David . And I let a word on tripadvisor if you want a good Service ask for David and get David is a wonderful vacation without complaint. Hasta la luego David

Oteli beğendik . Yemekler lezzetli, odalar temiz . Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Amina hanım yaptığı oyunlarda çok eğlendik . Otelin 3 havuzu var , ayrıca kaydıraklar var , onları çok beğendim. Akşam eğlencesi biraz düşük seviyede ama idare eder .

Kesinlikle çok kötü bir otel. Yataklar inanılmaz rahatsız odalar gider kokuyor. Oda değiştirdik onda da bir fark yoktu. Temizlik kesinlikle yok. Oda da banyo da inanılmaz pis. Banyo ya oda kokusu istedik her gün ama vermediler Çarşaf haftada 2 kez değişiyormuş. Oda servisi odaya geliyor ama çöpleri bile almıyor her seferinde tekrar tekrar söylememiz gerekti. Her şey dahil olmasına rağmen minibara koydukları sadece su ve onu da ilk gün koymuşlar sadece yenilemiyorlar bile. Personel ilgisiz ve nazik değiller. Yemekler kötü sadece ızgarada çıkan köfte ya da tavuk güzel. Sadece klasik Türk yemekleri çıkıyor ama tatları da çok kötü. Artan yemeklerin suyunu süzüp kahvaltı kısmına ertesi gün koyuyorlar. Ekmek kesmek için bıçak istedik bir çalışan gelip elleriyle bölüp böyle yiyin dedi. Bizim aklımıza ortak bir yemek bölümünde ellerimizi kullanmak gelmemişti sanki. Bar kısmı aşırı eksik hiçbir şey yok. Meyve suyu limonata bile hazır. Bardaklar plastik bardak. Plajı yok anlaşmalı oldukları bir yerde yok halk plajının kullanılabileceği söyleniyor . Kelimenin tam anlamıyla rezalet bir otel.
