I'm going to take all the emotion out where I can and give an honest review. Single dad with two young kids, decided on this hotel free reading reviews and seeing photos thought it looked decent enough. The overall decor is nice enough and the pools were clean. The staff were friendly and the location was great for land of legends. The hotel is definitely a more Russian based hotel which is fine but as a lone parent barely spoke to anyone the whole time as there was almost zero English people and as a sociable guy found this quite hard. Again due to this the staff had more of a grasp of Russian than English making it hard to communicate at times. Again not the end of the world. The negatives were that the room was tired, beds were ok, little on the hard side. Shower didn't drain great and so filled with water when showering(luckily didn't flood) the air con was sub par and struggled to get cold plus it was rattling and noisy all night meaning I had to turn it off at times to sleep plus it took hours to get truly cold. The rooms in that regard are in desperate need of updating. The food and drink were again only ok, ver for fussy kids, other than fries there was no ‘beige’food, if you have a fussy kid you know its not as easy as just saying eat it. Especially when it's a full fish with head attached or some aubergine chicken stew type dish. Lots of fresh veg/fruit etc just lack of plain meats and pastas which would go down better. Again as someone that's into training | struggled for good portions of protein. All inclusive drinks were ok if all you want is a beer or wine, cocktails (including spirit and mixer) were extra cost! Overall I wouldn't return but it wasn't terrible. My advice would be some plain pastas where guests could add sauce and more choice of meat plus actually include all drinks. Upgrade aircon and it would be a much better stay. There is very little around the hotel unless you go to land of legends, the night time entertainment was sparing with karaoke one night and a short Turkish disco another. Saturday night there was nothing, on a Saturday of all days you'd expect that to have the best entertainment. Ended up sat in a lobby at nights with loads of people just sat on their mobile phones. Again better evening entertainment would help this resort.

Food is very good , got a good room , nice pool and aqua park and good karaoke and disco . Good alcohol . I’m happy here I’ll come again thanks for everything :))

We arrived at the hotel on our first night after paying €40 for a private transfer, we went to reception and were told to leave our bags and get something to eat. On return the man at reception approached me and said we dont have a room for you as someones flight was cancelled and they stayed an extra night so we are sending you on a bus to another hotel 40mins away until tomorrow. I said we have been travelling since 6am with 3 kids and i paid private transfer to get here on time and now you want me to get on a bus for 40mins to another hotel after paying for my accommodation upfront with you. Surely the person whos flight was cancelled should have been sent to the other hotel instead. He refused to listen and kept saying you need to get on the bus and you shouldnt do this to your children. I said i have paid for accommodation in advance and im not leaving. We rang the love holidays rep ( Lokman) and the girl on reception refused to speak to him the male receptionist eventually spoke to him but this was no help. I was then approached by a Lebanese woman sho said that the same thing happened to them, 10people the previous night and i then witnessed the same thing happen to another family the following night, so it seems it is a regular occurance. At 11pm i told the man on reception i wasnt moving from the foyer until we got a room in the hotel and he eventually took us to a standard room, it didnt have enough beds but we squeezed into it for the night. The following morning we were taken to a 2 bedroom apartment with very sloped celings, you couldnt stand up in half of the room and the phone and safe didnt work and there is no mini bar in the rooms as advertised on booking. Four days into our holiday the manager asked the entertainer (Ferhat ) to speak to us and offer our family a massage. He said they didn't want a bad review, so were offering the massage to prevent this. He showed us a video of a room where the celing had fallen down and told us that's why they didn't have a room for us. I said that is not the story that the receptionist told us on arrival so some one is lying and asked does the celing fall down every night in several rooms as 10 people had been turned away the night before. I told him i would not be accepting it and that they should have approached me the following morning to resolve the issue not 4 days later and i advised him that i would be contacting my holiday provider on return to request a refund for my first nights stay as we were kept out of bed till 23.30 and then given a room with not enough beds after paying for a 2 bedroom family room with balcony. Upon speaking to other people around the pool, it became clear that they all felt the same about the place. The entertainment in the evenings is very minimal, kids disco and then the resort goes quiet, the place is very busy for meal times then everyone seems to disappear in the evening. You can hear the entertainment loud and clear from the neighbouring hotels

We stayed at the Maya World Park Hotel for the last 7 days, we left this morning. I booked the wrong size room, totally my fault as I was travelling with my mum and 2 kids but the standard room was great and we all had a bed so can't complain, next time will book the family room. The hotel staff are extremely hard working and were all very helpful. The hotel is beautiful with 3 pools, one of which had slides and the kids also really enjoyed the pool table. The staff keep the hotel looking great and it is very clean. A particular highlight for us was Turkey day. There was water polo every day along with water aerobic and a kids mini disco at with karaoke and music. Plenty of choices to eat both hot and cold food for each meal. I genuinely dont have any bad thing to say about anything, we really hope to come back and stay for a bit longer next time. Thank to the staff who made our stay special and helped us enjoy our holiday!

Not a good experience, arrived to hotel midday and was told they did not have rooms available even though I have already booked two rooms and paid for it on my love holidays package, then we was told they had one room spare we could all stay or go to one of there other hotel, we stayed because my family was exhausted and just needed a rest, the room was not the cleanest, staff was not friendly they would speak in there language among themselves, food in the restaurant had so many flies that was the main disappointment even though the food was not bad. It was also not clear what was available to order when it came to all inclusive with regards to cocktails there was no menu’s or anything. Overall not a good experience would not recommend.

Not the best hotel, 3 star I’d say. Arrived late and was shown to our room, I had booked a balcony and was given a window. I asked to be moved and after 24 hrs and a failed trip to see another room (with no balcony) we were finally moved. Food is ok, same every day so get a bit tiring, and the meals are all inclusive but there is nothing else, no snacks, no ice cream, no anything. There are slushy machines at the bars that are self serve, that’s about the excitement of it. There is no shop on sight so if you want any snacks or ice cream you have to go for a 10 min wander down the main road. There is no evening entertainment. There is a kids disco and then the place plunges into darkness and silence, it’s very odd. You can hear the fun being had at the hotels close by but I honestly don’t know where all the guests go as it becomes a ghost town around 8:30:9:00. Shower leaked so badly that we had to use our daily towels to mop up the swamp, and the air con doesn’t work properly, it’s on (freezing) or totally off, there are no temp controls so we had to decide whether to freeze at night, or to swelter. There is no fighting or running for sun loungers which is a plus and the kids loved the slides, but would I rush back? Definitely not. Pay the extra and go 5*, which will probably be 4* going by the standards here. Have had a nice week due to the sun and the pool, but the food and entertainment have let the place down sadly.
