Fantastic Hotel, amazing food and great staff

Just WOW, this was our 2nd Christmas & NY at Cullinan, and it was as magical as last year. From the minute you walk in you are made to feel special. We had Nagehan & Atakan as guest relations…they were fabulous. Kept us updated every day on what was on, assisted are every request quickly & efficiently. The service was excellent. Our room a Roof Room was the end room, very large & spacious. Well equipped and very clean, both day & evening clean/ towel change, turn down service was 10/10. Beds really comfy. The main restaurant was good, choose & quality, service good . Also day snacks look for Volkan he’s brilliant & can talk . The ALC were fabulous. The steakhouse is exceptional, service & value for money €49. The restaurant Manager remembered us from last year which was lovely. The Tappanyaki also €49 well worth it. Great entertainment & food lovely (so much I couldn’t eat it all) a great nights entertainment on its own. The 24/7 service, quality & food was great. Also the Italian very good. The patisserie & chocolate shop a must. There are some lovely shops, a mini shop and hairdressers/ beauty salon. I had hair style and nails done, really pleased. Spa excellent and well equipped. I mainly used the Irish bar, loved sitting outside with overhead gas heaters…so warm. The staff here just exceptional Memet Ali, Batu brilliant but Aysenur (I Sha) the best waitress I’ve ever had & been to all major hotels in Turkey. The entertainment for Xmas & NY really good. We are already looking to book next year. This hotel is a must if you like to be made to feel special. The golf courses are in great condition and the clubhouse really nice, good staff and food. We spoke to guest relations about a few things (small) we’d like to see next year..sandwiches in the patisserie. Baked potatoes in the main restaurant. Which they were interested in our views. Can’t wait to get back… same room please. Just WOW.

I recently returned to Cullinon Belek in Antalya for a summer vacation with my family, hoping for an improved experience after a very disappointing stay the previous year. Unfortunately, my second visit was even worse, and I deeply regret giving this hotel another chance. When I booked, I was promised an upgrade to a villa as a returning guest, following the hotel’s assurance that they would make it up to me for my previous bad experience. However, when we arrived, no such upgrade was offered, and we were placed in the same room category as last year. It felt like a complete lie to get me to rebook, and the staff was unapologetic, showing no effort to address the issue. The cleanliness of the room was shocking. Upon inspecting the sheets, we found **blood stains** on them, which is absolutely unacceptable. Additionally, the coffee machine was caked in dust, and the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. We had concerns about how little attention was being given to basic hygiene in the rooms. The buffet was another major disappointment. We were appalled to find **bugs on the cheese** at the breakfast buffet. This is not only unhygienic but also dangerous. It's unacceptable for any hotel, especially one claiming to be of higher standards, to serve food in such a condition. We immediately informed the staff, but the lack of a proper response only added to our frustration. The facilities were outdated and not well-maintained, and the service was subpar. When we addressed issues like the cleanliness and bugs, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. There was no sense of urgency to resolve the problems, and overall, the experience felt extremely unprofessional. After two disastrous stays, I can say with certainty that I will not be returning to Cullinon Belek. The promises made by the hotel, like room upgrades and a better experience, were entirely false. The cleanliness, food quality, and overall service were well below even basic expectations. Honestly, this hotel doesn’t even deserve 3 stars, and I would recommend avoiding it at all costs. There are many better, cleaner, and more reliable options in Antalya. Please think twice before booking here—your vacation is too important to risk a stay at such an unreliable and poorly managed hotel.
