Marriott Mena House, Cairo recensioner

Wonderful view from the hotel room and all of staffs are kind and friendly. They prepared a cake for us, since it was our honeymoon trip🥰 If you book a room with breakfast, you can see pyramids at the restaurant. There are many varieties of food and spent unforgettable moments there.

It’s good and will recommend to friends

Not the best Marriott I had ever visited. Booked because of the pyramid view. Room is spacious but a little old, service at the buffet is so-so (restaurant staff started eating buffet food 30 mins before closing - which was weird to looks we were still dining in), room service menu choices are limited (basically the same as in the restaurant with lesser options).

All the staff of the hotel were VERY friendly, courteous, willing to help at all time, making the stay a VERY comfortable one. The stay was MORE than just comfortable.

Mosquitoes 🦟 in my room, I had to abandoned the hotel for another hotel, and they didn’t refund any money back to me

Overrated for what it is

Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig. Unsere Pyramiden Suite hatte einen sehr guten Blick auf die Pyramiden. Allerdings musste man auf den Balkon gehen, um die Cheops-Pyramide komplett zu sehen. Ich musste einige Dinge während des Aufenthalts arrangieren und der Guest Service war unglaublich hilfreich dieser! Service könnte nicht besser sein.

房間495向油站很吵。整體酒店有點舊，但因為它也滿有歷史。在Giza pyramid 旁，酒店可眺望金字塔。不必加錢轉向金字塔房間。139餐廳味道服務很好。早餐豐富。Alfredo 餐廳寧靜舒適。一家人在酒店享有愉快假期。spa 服務一般，有點失望。

酒店的優勢在於位置和歷史，酒店正對胡夫金字塔，我們訂的是金字塔景觀房，雖然被安排在一層，但景觀還是無敵。這個酒店還是開羅會議的舉辦的，裏面有很多歷史照片，房間裏的設施雖然有點老舊，但總體保養較好。酒店服務也很好，看我們帶了小孩，還給免費加了個床。
