Quintessa Hotel Kagoshima Tenmonkan Relax&Sleep recensioner

Terrible stay! Luckily, I was only here for one night. The room is extremely small; you can’t even open your luggage. Mineral water is not provided in the room. The toilet is dirty with a lot of stains on the shower tap. The room faces the car park, so you can hear engine sounds and traffic lights as well. Additionally, you can hear the neighbors screaming and chatting. The entrance and lobby are very small and there are no staff members to assist you. Only one elevator is available for entire hotel if you’re hurry or lift not function. Big problem. Overall I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone interested in staying here.

Small room but has an amazing view of sakurajima. Amenities are great ( even a bath salt bar at reception) and beds were super comfy. Location is very central at tenmonkan. About 15 mins walk to toppy and rocket terminal if you are heading to Yakushima after. Amazing value for the price !!!

The location is amazing. It is literally IN TRNMONKAN, across the street is the tram station that will take you to Kagoshima station and other places as well of course. Along the street is the bus station, it’s very very convenient. However, since it’s next to the tram station it can be slightly noisy but if you bring an earplug that should cancel the boise from the train. The room is small but good enough for a solo traveller like me. There’s no staff to attend you. Everything is self service. You check in and check out using the check in machine. It’s very convenient! Instructions are clear and straightforward. Enjoyed my stay here!

This hotel is a really good value for money. Location is superb, 2 blocks away from airport bus line 8.

You will stay in a hotel that has a splendid space, the busiest location in the city.

The location is superb. Just 1-2 min walk from the airport shuttle bus stop. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants in the vicinity as well. Luggage storage was secure and such a breeze.

Room size is small, mattresses have bad springs. Location is ok if you don't carry big luggages by tram.

交通非常方便，直接可以搭巴士到中央車站或是機場 缺點，電梯真的只有一台，有時候要等一段時間 這次是訂雙人房，雖然很小，但可能以日本標準算大了吧，可以打開大的行李箱 附近便利商店跟餐廳都算很多可以不用淋雨就可以走到 房間其他中規中矩，預算有限的好選擇
