The hotel is well located in the middle of places of attraction in a walkable distance. The reception staff are helpful and kind to allow us to do an early check in. There are free tea and coffee near the reception. The room is clean and has modern design. The water pressure of the shower is good and warm. The toilet seat is amazingly warm with auto-flush. There is a free laundry and self-service secured luggage storage cupboard. There is a cheap and delicious Halal Chinese restaurant nearby that opens at late night.

酒店環境很好，進大廳有一種進家門的感覺，非常的乾淨亮堂，房間很寬敞，衞生方面做的很好，前台的小哥哥小姐姐都十分熱情，服務態度也非常好，保潔阿姨打掃的非常仔細，住的三天每天都給我們打掃的一塵不染，進出電梯都會給我們問好，很親切，早餐服務也做的很到位，沒趕上吃早飯的還會給提供打包，酒店設施也很齊全，有洗衣房和健身房，退房時候還送給我們一份小禮物，真的很👍十分推薦👍

With multiple attractions nearby including "The Great Song Dynasty's Defense of Tokyo" Performance, Wansuishan Martial Arts City and Millennium City Park - Bianhe River, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. It is only 1.5 kilometers away from the Guantang Xiaolongbao West District store on the first floor of Kaifeng, and only three minutes' drive. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard – it was very dusty, and it didn’t feel like it had been properly cleaned before my arrival. The toilet was oddly placed very close to the room’s entrance, which felt awkward and lacked privacy.
What really concerned me was the housekeeping service. A staff member entered my room without knocking or checking if anyone was inside. This was a serious breach of privacy and made me feel very uncomfortable.
The location and other basic facilities were okay, but overall, I expected better standards of hygiene and professionalism. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the service for future guests.

酒店環境很好，進大廳有一種進家門的感覺，非常的乾淨亮堂，房間很寬敞，衞生方面做的很好，前台的小哥哥小姐姐都十分熱情，服務態度也非常好，保潔阿姨打掃的非常仔細，住的三天每天都給我們打掃的一塵不染，進出電梯都會給我們問好，很親切，早餐服務也做的很到位，沒趕上吃早飯的還會給提供打包，酒店設施也很齊全，有洗衣房和健身房，退房時候還送給我們一份小禮物，真的很👍十分推薦👍
