Excellent suite for family of four adults. Very tidy, excellent beds and helpful reception staff.

This is an outstanding little Motel, with great facilities, but surprisingly Google says that it is a 3 star hotel.No way; it's much better than the 4 star hotel we stayed in the night before. It's a great value hotel, close to the centre of town and railway station. Book it! You'll be glad you did!

We got the large room, and it was very spacious and all amenities including kitchenete sets and utensils. There was a balcony as well. Car park is free. Location just across Whale Watch Centre round the bend. Good choice.

Location is good to all the places. Guest laundry room is opened from 7pm to 10pm only and they will close the room after that. But washers and dryers are quite a lot and you can wash clothes easily. Overall is good.

The motel is right by the main road, so it’s very easy find it. The room we stayed at is clean, large, and very comfortable. The Black Rabbit Pizza is a stone’s away from it and the little Cods and Crayfish quick bite restaurant is 100 metres away. The view from the motel is amazing with snow capped mountains in the background. It’s great. Highly recommended.

Good location in Kaikoura. Owner was friendly and room was clean. Amenities are a little old, but are in good and working condition.

房間乾淨整潔，老闆和員工都很nice，上午到的，前往酒店寄放行李，正好碰到老闆（老闆是華人），我們老夫妻語言不好，同老闆要了電話，商量説：下午回酒店能否幫我叫輛出租車；老闆直接就説：什麼時候需要打電話給我，我去接你們，讓我非常感動。等我打電話的時候，其實老闆是有事的，然後二話沒説就來接我們，送回酒店就出門辦事了。我很歉意要給車費，老闆堅決不收。他們的員工也非常好，辦理入住後，給我們講了一些周邊的餐飲和遊玩的情況，我們也問了一些問題，她幫我們打聽後，第二天一早告訴我們。在新西蘭住的最像家的地方，温馨，舒心。有朋友去凱庫拉一定會推薦這家，離鎮中心，intercity bus站和去觀鯨魚，和火車站（同觀鯨魚同一個地方）都非常非常方便，不行5-10分鐘都可以到達。在此表示感謝！

住宿設施十分充足，周邊有商店及西餐廳，車程約5分鐘。二樓房間有雪山景和看日出，非常美。

酒店位置比較好，穿過馬路就是湖邊，湖邊有超市，吃飯的地方也很多選擇，價格因素，所住房間非常小，稍有不便

我是預訂4位住宿，到現場只有3個床位，老闆讓我自己從床下拉出另一張床，自己舖，然後分配到無障礙空間的房型，有點驚訝到.

途徑凱庫拉很晚了臨時住一晚，老闆很熱情，環境很乾凈，好👍

訂了雙床房，給了2房1廳。但明確表示如果需要用另外一間雙床房需要額外付費。廳連着大床的卧室，所以衹能用大床。廳裏廚具都有，可以自己做飯。check in 的服務員也很熱情，告知哪裡好玩，哪裡好吃

非常好的住宿體驗，環境乾淨寬敞，應有盡有！

check in及check out都很方便，洗手間乾淨，廚房配有烤箱，位置好，總的來説很不錯，就是地毯看上去有些舊和臟
