Arrived late afternoon..straight into the apartment Was lovely and clean and great facilties. Although we had an accessible room , shower was good. Free laundry facilties a bonus. Location very good. Encounter coffee was just a short walk away and the ocean was in eyesight. Loved Kaikoura even though was just a short stop en route to Nelson. Scenery amazing and Pier restaurant had great seafood. Very calm and serene atmosphere. Mountains in the distance and visiting the seals was lovely.

This hotel stay was an absolute delight, offering the perfect blend of convenience, stunning views, and high-quality amenities. The location right by the waterfront was simply breathtaking, and the proximity to the whale watching center was an added bonus. While the unit was on the second floor, which required carrying our luggage upstairs, the view from the elevated position was well worth it. There was also the option of requesting a ground floor unit if stairs are a concern. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, with clear instructions provided and a designated key return box for added convenience. Having an assigned parking space just outside the unit was also a thoughtful touch. But the true highlight of this hotel stay was the shower. The water pressure and temperature control were absolutely perfect, making for a luxurious and refreshing experience. And being able to watch the sunrise from the unit was the icing on the cake. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a tranquil, waterfront retreat with top-notch amenities and stunning views. The combination of the convenient location, well-appointed unit, and exceptional shower made this an unforgettable stay.

This location is amazing; just step outside, and you’re at the beach. We stayed in a sea-view room on the second floor, and it was perfect—spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bedding was super fresh and tidy. I feel like this stay was flawless. One night was too short; we’ll definitely come back here again next time, and we’ll stay for four nights!

Location is good and close to central towns. just a little bit crowded for four ppls

This was our first stop on a road trip and chose the apartment as looked to be central and gave a 2 bedroom option so our daughter could have her own room. Was a fantastic stay and we loved that we could go buy lots of fresh produce nearby and chill in the evening with the sound of waves on the shore. Loved our stay here and lots of amazing memories.

Overall it was good. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended. If any suggestion - would be good to have firmer pillows

Wonderful apartment. New, clean and very comfortable. Check in/out hassle free. We love it very much. Wish could have stayed more nights.

Excellent facilities and excellent hosts

Friendly staff, room is fairly clean. The room I was in had no microwave and the jug for boiling water was poor.

公寓過馬路就是海灘，谷歌地圖顯示這裡是一個拍照的最佳地點。酒店的衞生狀況良好，車位充足。到達的那天，南島的高海拔地區下了2025年提前了一個月的初雪。而我們以為衹是下雨，雨過天晴之後，在海邊拍照時驚喜地發現了山上的雪頂。 酒店的經理是一位非常nice的女士。我在半島南端的海邊徒步時，不小心摔傷了膝蓋，因位置偏僻，叫不到優步和出租車，同伴先回到酒店後，請前台幫忙叫一輛出租車。經理立刻請員工直接開車過來，把我們接回了酒店，這位和藹可親的女士早已拿着裹好毛巾的冰塊在門口等候。 可惜我們退房時間很早，前台還沒上班，沒能當面向她們再次表達我的感謝。

位置非常棒，就在海邊，看日出和晚霞很方便，風景很好。服務人員也很nice，房間結構合理，一行3-4人是比較舒服的。 衞生間的乾濕不分區，我們的13號房淋浴後地面到處有積水，這種體驗非常不好，應儘快改善。

如圖所示，一模一樣，裝修很新很乾凈，酒店提供了便利入住方式，到酒店前就替我們開了房門，鑰匙放在餐桌上。這樣我們不用去前台check in就可以直接入住了。酒店工作人員看我們到了，特意過來熱情地歡迎我們，走出房間就是海邊了。

提前一天就Email給了房間號碼及入住方式，很方便。位置就在海邊，去哪都方便
