1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

Best value and satisfaction even including the 4 and 5 star hotels of our trip. The room was modest size and basic but all details for comfy stay are extremely well provided for, eg., Shower, bedside light controls and charging ports, and the high tech heated automatic toilet seat has not been matched on our trip.

訂了4間雙床房分另在4、5、6樓，是一次非常滿意的入住體驗，地點方便對面馬路是東滙城，房間光猛設計貼心小桌和椅子方便在房間品嚐美食，USB叉電非常方便，冷氣非常好，智能助手“小度”很聰明～唯一小缺點就是6樓隔壁房間比較嘈，深夜聲浪更大，整體不錯退房時還了解了V l P會員的資訊，下次來還會選擇入住👍🏻

值得稱讚的優點： 1. 位置便利： 酒店地理位置很好，出行非常方便。 2. 員工服務： 工作人員熱情友好，辦理入住和退房都很高效，回答問題也很有耐心。 3. 房間整潔： 房間打掃得不錯

員工服務質素非常優質，房間內設備亦非常好及乾淨，唯一係客人喜歡在酒店房間內吸煙，但同前台同事反映後亦獲得妥善安排

還不錯哦，主動給升級了房間。比較新。電器類還算比較的齊全，比如有電視、空調、洗衣機、電吹風、燒水壺。日常需要用到的基本上都有。比較方便。

整體來講係幾好 員工服務態度好，酒店智能化美中不足的是如果有迷你雪櫃會更好

因為兩個長輩回開平玩兩日，所以安排這洒店，前枱服務員好好，見有陪同探望的親人，免費送早餐等他們可以一齊食早餐😛令他們好舒適地慢慢食。不用外出食早餐，很暖心🥰的安排👍

交通方便,對面大型商場可以供到我哋娛樂,直通車往來香港房間整潔,舒適,適合商務住宿,下次再來開平這個地方可以在住宿.

這次差旅選了城市便捷4.0，直接被圈粉！一踏入大堂，暖色調燈光和簡約時尚的裝修，疲憊瞬間消散。前台辦理超迅速，還幫忙延遲退房。房間的智能客控超酷，動動嘴就能開關燈、調温度，床品軟乎乎，一夜好眠。服務貼心，工作人員從入住到退房都熱情滿滿，還幫忙規劃出行路線。房間佈置温馨，隔音也做得很好，休息得特別好。早餐種類味道不錯，能開啟活力滿滿的一天，性價比超高，強推！
