Just for 1 night stay ..transit for flight tomorrow... Remote no battery.. housekeeping take long time to solve or send any stuff as ask..but hotel overall comfortable for staying

Good, near to mall has indoor playground

. / Attended wedding in BACC. This hotel was located beside of the event hall. Very convenient. No toothbrush n toothpaste..

So happy staying 1 night here. The room is cozy and spacious. The staff is so helpful and great service. Lots of restaurant to explore around the hotel.

Very nice hotel and comfortable. Value for money and very cheap

The floor room is quite dusty and feel uncomfortable walking without shoes. The aircond not so cold but we were fine with it. No toothbrush provided in the room and safe box cannot locked. Oh and no slippers provided too. For me, overall the room is spacious and there are a plenty of cupboard. Its enough to get us through the night and we dont stay in the room most of our time there. The guard and receptionist very friendly eventhough they were working on the first day raya. Should try the cafe in front of the lobby. Its really nice and worth it, one cup of latte is rm7. There are a several restaurant near to the hotel and kids playground. Nice place to take photo and walk around.

The service is quite slow and the next day when back to hotel the room is yet to make up. Have to call the reception. Taking time to provide towel as well

Internet wifi wasnt good. Pooor signal. The roaming and data also poor! Wasnt good for business as a location for work! Otherwise the rest is good

If you have event at BACC, this hotel will be the greatest choice. You have only go by walk. I just want to drop comment about the iron & board. I think it was too old and need to change new. Thank you.
