Sinclairs Retreat Kalimpong

The place was very beautiful, comfortable and clean. All the team were sincerely supportive and did their best to help in absolutely everything. Recommend for groups and individuals! The food was also very nice with a big variety of food (incl south indian food).

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. The biggest feature of this hotel is the Darjeeling Hills View from the room. The view is so amazing that one can stare at it for hours. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Heater in the room is well. No matter how cold it is outside, the heater in the room keeps the room warm. Every staff in this hotel is very supportive and friendly especially from housekeeping Sardha, Nisha,Suraj, Swastik. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel have many dishes and they are delicious. You can take lots of photos in the garden behind the hotel with the view of Darjeeling greenery cover hills . Also, the seating arrangement and trees in the garden make their beauty more beautiful. Here you can sit and chat for hours or just relax and enjoy the view. This hotel provides...bonfire in room on reasonable charges and live music (singing) at restaurant which makes their ambience more beautiful.....the sumptuous food, the courtesy of staff, the relaxing Spa massage..... everything has added to the rejoicing memories. Quick service, personal attention of housekeeping manager Mr. Sunil Acharya makes us our stay more comfortable and memorable he is a excellent service providers with humble & soft spoken attitude. Would like to recommend this resort for all families or couples or business purposes.

Wonderful Arrangement. Food and Stay here was awesome. Would recommend Sinclairs Kalimpong to any visiting Party. The staff and management were very cooperative and polite and very professional. Would want anyone visiting Kalimpong to stay here.

My recent stay at hotel Sinclair Retreat Kalimpong was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with beautiful decor and a great fire place.The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a highly recommended stay!". My special thanks to the GM Mr. Arnab Chakraborty, the front office staff Ms. Bimit Lepche and Mr. Beyoy, our most wonderful gardener Mr. Yougen Lepche and his team and the housekeeping staff Ms. Sarda and Ms. Kabita for taking care of us. The gardener showed us the most beautiful garden and cactus nursery in kalimpong...must visit that nursery

Its just a WOW feeling that I can say just WOW, from the beginning till the end of our stay its just a WOW, we felt so important and respected by the staffs of the resort our three days stay was really paid off, we came from so far away land but our journey was worth, We liked the service and assistance of the front office staff as well as the cleaning staff as they are always smilingly did our request, manager was very attentive and always with us organizing and managing all our request with open heart and cheerful face, we are very happy with his service. Good experience ....good food...sooo much Love....must visit .......recomended...we are here 16 people for business meet....all services provided by team is excellent...housekeeping staff are very good....as well as reception team.
