Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Tasty and well kitched food. Nice waterfront zone and service.

根本説不出來多喜歡這裏，我們衹是想住海邊，拉着地圖盲選，來之前還怕周邊配備不好沒有吃喝項目，來了才知道我們住在kalkan小鎮旁邊，鬧中取靜的一處桃源。酒店房間很大，還有向陽小陽台。小哥永遠微笑的打招呼，滿足你所有需求，早餐精緻，游泳方便。總之很好，理解了為什麼評論裏有人住10天

We have just had the most incredible holiday at the Aperlae 2 bed villa at the Likya Gardens Hotel. This villa/hotel is located in a superb position - a 'relatively' flat walk into town takes 10 mins at normal pace and there is a wonderful beach club right across the road in front of the hotel that serves a fabulous breakfast and is a fantastic place to stay for the day, allowing easy access into the clear turquoise sea, and food and drink are served all day too. A special shout out here for the incredible hard work and service of Selcuk, Umat, Mustaffa and Ahmed, who run around all day making sure everyone is provided for. They are an absolute asset to the hotel and very much appreciated. Our villa provided ample space for a family of four, including two big teenagers. Our friends stayed at the large 3 bedder next door, which demonstrated that Aperlae could do with a spruce up - it's a little tired, but still perfectly acceptable. It looks like the 3 bedder though is in better condition. Our biggest 'gripe' was not something within the control of the hotel but there were a pack of dogs next door to the hotel that were allowed out at any time after 4am and would bark incessantly. That aside, we enjoyed a truly wonderful holiday at Likya Gardens and would thoroughly recommend it.

I think this was one of my most enjoyable holiday destinations. The hotel and villas were superb and service was excellent. The head of service in the restaurant / club area was awesome and his team were excellent too. Reception / admin staff were also very good. Absolutely loved it. And so did all my family and two of their friends - 7 of us in total. We also went away with another family who stayed in next door villa - who also loved it. Will definitely be going back.

Lovely views and amazing living area. The villa was nice and conditioned and beautiful. We ate at the restaurant several times and it was delicious. Fav has to be the noodles. The pool and sauna were amazing! The taxi is only a short drive away and costs 200TL perfect getting into town.

Fantastic day at the beach club - we were made totally welcome upon our arrival and the service was exceptional all day. Thanks to Selcuk for this. The food was first class, and the surroundings are very clean and relaxing. If you are looking for a great beach club day in Kalkan, try the Likya Beach Club!!

Just returned from a week staying in Room 7 Myra. I have rated 4 because I’ve been reading that people are likely to dismiss 5* reviews and that other reviews have more credibility. Honestly there is no reason not to award a 5*. Room and view from the balcony were excellent. All staff were exceptional, Special shout out to the beach club/breakfast team who presented the food beautifully. Although the hotel was not super busy and you may have expected the staff to disappear, they were happy to spend a little time chatting to you and were quite happy to talk about there lives and families - you really felt like you got to know them. The hotel is in an excellent location, with a 15 minute pretty flat walk into the harbour. The beach club on your doorstep was a real bonus.

The hotel is in a perfect quiet location with a breathtaking view across the bay. It is only a pretty 10/15 minute walk to town or a really cheap taxi ride (hotel happily order) & equally easy to pick up in town. If you’re after peace AND convenience then this is the place for you. The staff made our stay perfect-all so kind, friendly & efficient-nothing was too much trouble. The beach club attached to the hotel is a wonderful bonus & probably the best view for breakfast in Kalkan! Our only criticism, which is clearly an ownership/management issue, is that there is a lack of maintenance/investment throughout & the planting & common areas need a good tidy & clean. It is so prefect in every other way this should not be a deal breaker. Although, if this isn’t addressed soon I suspect it will become an issue.

We have had a relaxing and peaceful week at Likya Gardens. Staying in the penthouse was wonderful, sunbathing on the rooftop with amazing views. We had dinner one evening in the sister hotel Likya Pavilion it was lovely the staff made us so welcome. The staff at Likya Gardens were excellent nothing was too much trouble for them. It’s a small boutique hotel and if you want the penthouse you must remember there are no lifts, lots and lots of steps to your room. Hopefully we would love to return to our relaxing hotel.

We stayed in a waterfront suite, the views from the room and the balcony and bath where outstanding, great amenities, including plugs next to both sides of the bed (Which some hotels lack now a days) the Wi-Fi was good, available throughout the hotel, including on the sunbeds at the beach club and two sinks that my partner loved, plus two fridge, so plenty of room for wine and beer that we brought from the town. We loved the breakfast, fresh fruit, cheeses and choice of eggs, not too heavy in the heat. The room and beach club service was excellent, the staff couldn't do enough to help you. The walk into town was about 15-20 mins around the bay, downhill, so we usually walked in and got a taxi back (Which cost about £3.50) The hotel restaurant was in at a different venue, about 8-10 minutes walk ... but was it worth it, the food was outstanding we ate there twice in 5 days. The hotel manager and beach club manager and staff where incredible, so friendly and they made our stay so relaxing and easy, nothing was too much bother, I hope they're still there when we next visit, which we will, this is our new favourite hotel. In short this was everything we wanted in a holiday hotel, the room was unusual and very large with great views and character, it was quiet and the service was expectational, it ticked every box.

We stayed in the Aperlea villa and it’s fabulous. Private pool, air con (much needed) and a private cabana at the beach club where you can jump or step in to the clear blue sea. The staff are excellent. We even had a rather large electrical issue which cut the hotel off from the main supply but it was sorted amazingly quickly with the use of a local generator. Deniz on the front desk is super helpful and he really cares about the guests. Service at the beach club is also top notch and the food is also great. Breakfasts are included and you have a vast array of choices. The hotel is located away from the main area so it’s quiet but only a short 10min walk to town and taxis are also cheap and plentiful. Restaurants in kalkan are generally good quality. We’ve had some fabulous food. I’d recommend going from word of mouth recommendations rather than review ranking as a lot of restaurants seem to be top of these ranks because they work harder at getting reviews. Our favourites so far have been Coast and AKDeniz. Baharat is also good but a bit pricier. There is a great Facebook group called Visit Kalkan that is super helpful. If you’re a wine fan - Backyard no 10 is a must visit.

Probably the best location in all of Kalkan! If you are looking for a quiet place away from the noisy downtown. People working at the hotel are super friendly and helpful, thumbs up to Denis who helped me with a mixed up booking! Great getaway , recommended!

We had a fantastic holiday at Likya Gardens. Our room was fantastic with a lovely pool, the views are incredible and the staff are so helpful and made our stay really special. It's a great location, just a few minutes into town and close to everything you need. We will definitely be going back.
