Hotel resortowy, raczej dla miłośników all inclusive, ale muszę przyznać że jest tam pyszne jedzenie. troszkę daleko od plaży, ale wiadomo było już na etapie rezerwowania więc bez pretensji. Dwa baseny, pewnie jakieś wieczorne animacje - nie korzystałam. Pokoje za to przestronne i czyste. Mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić.

Stayed here for 7 days as a family, this is a low budget hotel that has no regard For health and safety and is only worried about money. Bedrooms- very basic but clean when you arrive but also worn bathroom has seen better days pillows dirty and lumpy and bed not much better soft and dips in the middle. Bathroom is ok no plug for the bath and the shower screen does not move leaving a hole so the floor gets wet. Staff come in and clean the rooms but leave dirty towels if they even leave them. Resturant is dirty food is awful we have actually eaten out a lot of the time due to food offerings.. Pool broken sun beds and not enough for everyone because people put towels down at 6am. Pool area not cleaned and cigarette butts everywhere We had a power cut on two occasions and communication from the hotel staff was non existant When the power went off they left people in the pool which then became cloudy and by the next morning green! We complained to the reception but they actually don’t care. Entertainment is outside and starts late for small children at 9:15 and doesn’t finish u til 11:30 not a relaxing holiday if you want to sleep! Also it’s outside by the pool so not very safe! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel!

The hotel average-food repetitive, entertainment could be more varied-no guests like dancers or magic show, which you can find in other hotels. We didn’t like Billy, who was pushing everyone to buy T-shirts or bingo every day. We felt like in the market . If you don’t buy, he doesn’t say hello the other day!!! Magda looks like a woman with personal problems, she speaks non stop about her personal life. We felt irritated and disturbed. Our kids didn’t go to mini club though they speak Polish because they didn’t like Magda.

Firstly advice is the days here for 6 people of having a £1000 days for a person here for 7 days doesn’t in any form of way feel in any way like I haven’t ever been on holiday were there has been lack of water in a room and felt dehydrated The was a fire in the generator and 70% of the resort had gone sleep hungry there was No compensation at all which extremely strange There are plenty of other places rather than this the food was just absolutely the same for someone who is vegetarian and doesn’t have egg was no way in any form the way worth the money I have had it was atrocious and not labels what is vegetarian or not I had a soup which had meat due to poor labelling and not saying it’s meat the entertainment is good but not much to offer they will rinse your money here and leave left an entertainment person named fifi was a star and was a good man to me and my family and a shout out to him but never again in my life even if I was offered this for I would come here

worst hotel i’ve ever been to. electric wasn’t working in rooms so moved us to another hotel and only found it 3 hours later. food was mediocre and sloppy, and the alcoholic beverages were small and watered down

When we arrived, great atmosphere everyone seemed happy. We checked in. There was 13 of us. They had spilt us all up. Meaning we would have to walk ages to find eachother. The food wasn’t great. The electric kept cutting out. Then the water would cut out. Meaning the kids would still have to go out with sea salt on their skin. Which was very painful for them. Overall the experience was average: not great. The staff were great can not fault them at all. Very friendly. If anything the manager should get more staff in so there not over worked. Swarm of wasps when you eat, outside. Entertainment starts far too late. Which wasn’t very good. The kid’s entertainment area, smells very badly. Im hoping with this feedback you can make it alot better for everyone. I will not be returning.
