Mitsis Faliraki

The hotel was great. The à la carte restaurants were very good and the food was delicious. The Italian restaurant was especially tasty — you really have to try it! During our stay, we were able to eat at an à la carte restaurant every day. You’re allowed to dine at each à la carte restaurant once per week. The spaghetti carbonara was incredibly tasty. You can order as many dishes as you like at each restaurant. The sushi restaurant is also highly recommended — you can enjoy delicious sushi with excellent premium wine. We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Stayed here for 9 nights as a young couple and we have mixed feelings about this hotel Here are the pros - plenty of sun beds so didn’t have to go down early plus extra on the beach - hotel is close to the strip only a couple of minutes walk - easy to get the bus into Rhodes - would recommend and seeing the old town - mini bar in the room refilled for free - beach towels can be changed every day - Asian restaurant was lovely Cons- - the rooms are very outdated, the ceiling above our sink was falling down one end - cleaners don’t seem great we had fluff on the floor / dust in the room and it was never cleaned the entire time we were there - you can hear EVERYTHING in the corridors when in your room. We had numerous nights of not sleeping due to babies crying, people running down the corridors, people above us moving furniture. We haven’t had this problem at hotels before the walls are paper thin. Can hear the neighbours even using their plugs! - all inclusive food very repetitive lovely if you like spaghetti every day - shower goes hot and cold no medium in between heat - felt ignored by staff most of the time as we usually would leave tips for the staff but none of them made any conversation with us - not enough seats at the evening entertainment - pool entertainment - water polo played and they put goals in front of the sun beds and the ball then hits into those who are laying on the sun beds and want to relax. Nearly got hit in the face!!! We are all for fun but why are you putting the goals in front of people who are relaxing. Everyone around us felt the same. Really silly game to play at the pool. Overall we would not return to this hotel , maybe another Mitsis hotel if more updated than this one

We had a great time at the mitsis faliraki and would definitely recommend to other families with young kids. The al la carte restaurants were all to a high standard, the only slightly annoying thing is having to prebook on the app (defo recommend and is very easy to do, can do a few months before arriving) The drinks from the main bar you can get in a glass and are made to a high standard, the drinks around the pool varied but still plenty of choice only cocktail I didnt like was the pina colada as it was a premade mix and not creamy. The grounds are very well kept, no dirt in the pool and lots of sunbeds available even into the late morning, no sun bed wars each morning which was nice. The furniture around the hotel is all very stylish, modern and comfortable. The rooms are clean, the air con is very good and mini fridges are restocked daily, you can ask for more of certain items if needed. Outside the hotel isn't very pram friendly but there are quite a few restaurants and bars, probably less than a typical Spanish resort like those in the Costa del sol but still enough choice if you did want to eat out. There is a nice walk down to the port along the beach front but this is very difficult with a pram. The only things I could pick fault with the hotel would be; No ramp up to the swim out pool rooms which meant carrying the pram up stairs a few times a day for our sons naps (not the end of the world we are both young and fit) The buffet food isn't always pipping hot, again not a massive issue as food is tasty and plenty of choice but could be improved Would be good if there was an option to walk into al la carte restaurants. None of the above negatively impacted our holiday and they are more of a recommendation for the future. We had a great time and will definitely look at the mitsis chain for future holidays. It's probably the best AI weve been to in Europe and is on par with those in the Carribean!

Can’t fault a single thing about it. Pool is lovely, drinks were great and unbelievable service. The Italian restaurant had incredible food, with my wife being gluten free they catered to her needs perfectly. Matthew couldn’t have been a kinder and better host. 10/10

Such a wonderful stay! I came with my mother and we had the most relaxing time. Restaurants were super, the Maitre-de Christos was lovely and made us feel so welcomed. Staff at the hotel were amazing from the bar staff to the cleaners. The staff carrying out the morning stretches/Yoga were lovely, especially the gentleman. His aqua classes were the best. The staff make this hotel 10/10

This is one word, amazing. not only has the buffet have thousands of different options there are many other things to. Savory crep, a-la-carte,pizza. Anything you can think of for lunch. Fabulous 👌. Dinner you can have buffet or a-la-carte. There is one word, amazing.
