Kresten Palace Hotel

On the whole we had a truly incredible experience at Kresten Palace. The location of the hotel is great and you get the most stunning views. Our rooms were faultlessly clean and modern. We opted for a deluxe room for a small fee and we wasn’t disappointed. The walk in pool along with the gorgeous views made it such a lovely experience. The pool area is nice and big with a bar and kitchen open from 10:00-18:00 which was reasonably priced. There was a couple things which we were slightly disappointed with; the food in the Olympia restaurant was at best, mediocre. We went for breakfast on the first morning and only returned once more after. We also paid for an evening meal which was once again, poor. The food was bland and tasteless and lukewarm. I would say the breakfast is just about manageable but wouldn’t recommend going for the evening meal as an extra. There was also many occasions where the card machines at the shop and bars would just go down and you could only pay in cash. Admittedly this isn’t a massive issue but for travellers who carry little cash it did sometimes cause an issue. To round it off, I must say the staff at the hotel were so friendly and welcoming. The people of Rhodes are so friendly and welcoming and overall you will have an amazing experience at the hotel.

this is our second time here. The most beautiful hotel, incredibly clean. Everyone is kind and helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant staff and the young lady at the reception! If we come to Rhodes again, we will definitely book here! I can only recommend it.

Really good service and Anthonis was really Nice et professionnel. He was really funny and make our holidays better. The room were always clean and the maid wife were really Nice. The meal was not bad but it was always cold and it sad. But finally, it was a great experience for us

Kresten Palace Hotel is one of the most beautiful accommodations on the island! Initially, the service was flawless! The hotel also has everything you need, and nothing was missing! The room was always clean, with a very nice bathroom and a large wardrobe. Of course, we cannot forget the amazing and polite service at the restaurant. A big thank you to the ladies Niki, Margarita, and Eleni, who were always there for the guests. They were always cheerful, talkative, and kind. Thank you so much!

Overall a lovely experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was cleaned, bed sheets changed everyday. We were bed and breakfast so can only comment on that, big selection and nice food. Kiko the entertainment manager made our stay, he was so lovely and friendly, took the time to have a chat and get to know us, gets everyone involved in the activities which of course, gets you meeting friends and other couples alike. Also a shoutout to the lovely waitress in the bar, Erla, she really does not stop her whole shift and you never have to wait long for a drink! Again, another one who took the time out to have a chat, get to know us and made our experience a great one! Would definitely recommend a stay at Kresten Palace 🩷

Excellent stay if only the food was warmer but all that can be forgiven thanks to our very competent and friendly staff in general but two waitresses MARGARITA AND NIKI who were above and beyond normal standards and looked after my wife and myself perfectly. Showers in our balcony room needed updating urgently. All in all a very pleasant stay.
