The hotel is far from 5 stars. The previous hotel Lindos Princess was 4 stars, much more respectable. We arrived at the hotel and found out there was no room, although we booked in November. We drove 20 minutes back to another hotel. They did not expect us there. We waited until 16.30 for a room. Two days later we returned to the Pegasos Hotel. Again we waited until 15.30. There is no information about the hotel. How the restaurants work, where what is located, look for yourself. I had a hard time finding out where and how they give out beach towels on a piece of paper. I had a hard time getting the Wi-Fi password from security. There is one bottle of water in the refrigerator for 10 days for 3 people. The room temperature is constantly 30 degrees. The air conditioning in the main restaurant and the lobby did not work at all... There is no entertainment for children at all. The bar only offers billiards for 6 euros an hour and there is no air conditioning... After dinner, everything is paid for everywhere. There is no plain water. It is difficult to open the door to the balcony even with 2 hands for an adult. Drinks are taken only in glasses. They don't let you fill a bottle. You have to carry a couple of glasses to the beach 100 meters, half of it spills. The 4th and 5th floors were still being renovated, after they moved in, the restaurant will be a complete mess.
