Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel

Wow! This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff are incredible and always happy to help. The hotel itself was spotless and cared for. There are three different pools and never once did we struggle for a sun lounger. The access to the beach is easy and always had sun loungers available. The nighttime entertainment was always good fun. The Gyros and Crepe stations were great and convenient. A few downsides, we asked for an iron twice at the front desk which we never received to our room. The food options are good but could be better. Another problem we had was the air conditioning wasn’t very powerful at all so we had to ask for a fan to be brought to our room. Despite this, the good outweighed the bad hugely. Pro’s: Easy sun lounger access Spotless hotel Friendly Staff Good evening entertainment (especially fire dancing on the Wednesday) Great pools Good options for drinks Location was quick access to lots of places and not far from the airport. Con’s; Food variety wasn’t always the best. We had a problem with the air conditioning during our stay. You can rent a boat on the beach for a few hours. You can also rent a Pedallo. You are also in walking distance to the Water Park. It’s a very quick taxi/ bus journey to Rhodes Old Town. I’d also highly recommend booking a trip to Symi Island, you can do this on get your guide app or on the beach itself they sell tickets. Overall, I’d very highly recommend this hotel!!!

Dont recommend to go with pets. Because of a confusing booking system me and my doughter were kicked out eith no plase to stay when we where checking in. Super arrogant hotel manager just said that they dont have a room for us with "not my problem" attitude. No emphaty before she saw my panic raising but then it was already too late.

We were positively surprised when we arrived, we got our room very quickly and the receptionists answered all our questions. The rooms were clean, the same as in the pictures and had everything what we need during the stay. The food in the restaurant was varied and every day we found something for ourselves but specially pizza at the night was very delicious. The close access to the sea was definitely a plus which made our stay more comfortable. Thanks to animator Dominica who gives a lot of tips for traveling around the island and recommends many places to see in Rhodes. I hope we will come back!

We are currently on a 5 nighter but should have done a week or more. Will be booking for full family trip next year and def return to this hotel. Facilities are perfect for couples and those with children. Little kids water park. Perfect for my granddaughter next time. Staff are really friendly. All inclusive was brilliant and lots of choice re food and provisions all day every day. Entertainments at night really good has it's own beach . Rooms are good and kept well for 40th year . Highly recommended and will be coming back after Xmas when season commences . Thanks pegasos for lovely relaxing holiday which was well needed.

Hotel is beautiful, right on the beach front, picturesque and nice pools etc. I pre booked a sea view room and requested a room higher up. Upon arrival we walked into our extremely small room and stepped out onto the first floor, barely seeing the sea and being really close to all the hotel guests, it felt like we were sitting outside with them with no privacy or sea view. We went to reception and asked to change rooms as I had paid extra for the seaview, staff said they couldn't do it late at night so come back at 8am in the morning. Set our alarm first thing and went to reception didn't unpack etc, we then got told to come back at 11am now to change rooms as the manager wasn't in. We hung around until 11am again and went back, this time got told to come back tomorrow again. I explained we were not settled and not unpacking our things as they keep telling us to come back. We got sent away again and took my number telling me they would call me tomorrow to change our room. We never received a phonecall the whole time and the reception just did not care, even after seeing us around and we wanted to enjoy our holiday so just left it. 24 hours later my partner got extremely ill, severe stomach problems and sickness, this pretty much lasted for the rest of the holiday and we couldn't understand why he was so sick! We put it down to either food poisoning or alcohol, but it was bad! We read a week before our stay people were sick but we thought it would have been over. There were also bugs all on our bathroom floor coming from a drain, but as reception were not interested we didn't bother reporting anything else.. apart from this we did love the hotel it had everything you could possibly need and the staff at the main bar the two guys were amazing and made us the best drinks! Entertainment was okay but music stopped by 10:30 then everything just went quiet, sometimes the atmosphere was off, it just needed background music throughout the day and evening, not silence. I was also really looking forward to the fire show and fireworks that were advertised and when I enquired before booking they were still doing this in October, but staff told us when we were there they are not doing it which is a shame. Entertainment was mediocre. Island itself was beautiful and we hired a car from the car hire next door to the hotel and got really good prices and explored the island. You would need a car if you want to explore easier from the hotel, although there is bus stops outside. Top tip, take mosquito repellent, I got bitten more than I've ever done before! Food options were nice at the hotel and loved the pizza bar, gyro bar and crepes, Asian night was awful but all the other nights and food options were great and much better than any other all inclusive I've done in the past. We would come back to this hotel it's just a shame the reception didn't really care about our room and the fact my partner got ill.

Just spent 1 week at Pegasos hotel, the hotel is amazing for a family vacation. My two sons loved the kids club and all of the activities. The two animators Billie and Lumin did a great job in making us feel welcome, and we were always met with a smile! Fun evening shows as well.The food was good with lots of choices available. The rooms were only ok as it looked quite dirty but otherwise a wonderful stay! Thank you to the amazing animation staff and the people in the reception, we will definitely be returning!
