Friendly Staff and they are very helpful

It was very hard to find the hotel, the maps send us to the back part because the hotel building is in the end of the lot (when you enter there is a parking lot before the build itself) so I had to walk around the block to find it while my husband waited at the car with my sleeping kid. When we arrived the staff said we could not park in that parking lot and we had to move to a partners parking close by. We only stay there for 1 night and everything else was very good.

Excellent location. About 100m away from the train station. The staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I paid for the breakfast and it is really worth it. The breakfast buffet spread is very decent and the menu changes daily. Excellent. Convenient location among the busy shopping and food streets as well as near to the Ofuna train station.

Prime location with Sundrug store within 3 mins walking from the hotel. However, the location is a bit tricky to find if you were to drive there. It’s located right before of a bank. But there are many stores, restaurants and even a mall within walking distance. On the other hand, the buffet option is a bit lesser compared to other hotels.

Staffs are friendly, good location for Enoshima, kamakura facilities are good

Super comfortable. Near JR station. Near Monorails station. Near department store. The room is clean and no bad smell. Staffs are nice.

Great location surrounded by shops, restaurants and about 2 min walk to Ofuna station which ease our movement to explore Kamakura attractions.

Walking distance to Ofuna Station. Would recommend this hotel if you want to explore Kamakura area.

Just walking distance to all restaurants and Ofuna train station. The hotel itself looked very new especially on the lobby but the room is super small. The bedsheet was shedding and it seem like it has been over-washed or used for many many times. There is no view inside the room and you’re basically surrounded by all the buildings. The breakfast is quite good with what they offered - western and Japanese cuisines.

Great location, good service and spacious room!

The hotel is really close to the Ofuna station with lots of restaurants around. We were pleasantly surprised that our rooms were upgraded when checked in. The bed was comfortable and excellent for our short stay near Kamakura.
