Despite an old property the KSTDC is maintaining it in such a way that its an amazing place to stay as it is situated only 200 meters from Tungabhadra dam. Staff is very polite and food is also very good on economical pricing. Rooms are renovated and spacious. Ample of space for parking in case you are travelling by own vehicle. I visited Hampi ***** with my family and we had a great time there.

Old rooms , nit maintain properly. Front desk staff not providing any support. Hotel is far away from exit road . In night difficult to go outside without car . You mist have private vehicle to commute. Rooms are small , old furniture, almirahs and bathrooms. It was our first time stay and we were really disappointed. Changed rooms but no respite. Only plus was food in restaurant 4** Avoid this hotel if with family.

Hopeless rooms, dirty walls, AC never worked, hot water not there, room phones dead, room lights are sad. Linen bathroom condition of rooms are sad. Staff is not bothered other then money recovery. Price is way high compare to room condition .

Simple hotel stay, typical of Govt. Guesthouse. The price is more for the amenities and cleanliness. Better places are available in Hampi for this price. People are good and friendly though. It has a restaurant attached and is very basic. Good for a short stay.

Maintainance is good. Nothing to complaint about. The hotel manager Prakash was very active in responding queries as well as the staff was very helpful. Food was good, bathrooms and kitchens were maintained clean. Only recommendation I can make is if they can make inner campus more green which could be more pleasant to the visitors. It was a good experience overall

Except location, nothing is good. An old property not properly maintained. Requires major renovation. Rooms are not at all livable. Room rent seems to be on higher side. Breakfast is delicious. Sufficient parking is available for vehicles.

The rooms need thorough maintenance. But the service and hospitality make up for it a great deal. Mahesh from the restaurant was extremely attentive to us and made sure our meals were satisfactory. Overall, the property is value for money.

Very good accomodation and food. Enjoyed the stay there I went to hampi last month. I have booked cab and guide in advance, also hotel. Cab was arranged through a agent Vikram. Prompt service. I have booked Mr Krisha, guide for one day in advance. After reaching hotel I called him. They he was telling he is not coming. Later I got support of hotel for arranging another guide. People are to careful while booking guides in advance. The guides are to be responsible also Anyway my journey was good and I enjoyed the trip

They charged a bomb for stay in so called wooden cottage and Dome room ( They should have named 'Doomed' ) and ofcourse breakfast not included , and definitely it's not at all worth, horrible service, except accurate billing process !, they are more interested in billing than looking after you ! Definitely not a way to improve and compete in tourism with other states , they told that the same rooms used for G20 ! So we should feel happy we also slept and using the same bed linen used by the foreign state guests, absolutely a big no for senior citizens and children, don't even think of bringing them to this awkward place in such a beautiful tourist place and above all neither they guide nor help in any way wrt tourist spots as if they have nothing to do with tourism !
