The room felt stuffy and took awhile to get cool down the room with airconditioner. Basic amenities such towels, water boiler, towels, soap and shampoo was provided but no toothbrush available. Hair dryer not available in the room but you may request at the receptionist counter. On a plus side, the room seems like it well maintained and bedsheet felt fresh to sleep in.

Smelly and dusty. Must improve cleanliness. Dust at chair, curtain, bed Floor also not clean Come out from lift directly smells bad.

The room is clean, service is nice. However, the decoration is old, a bit not the same with the photos. Water pressure of the shower is poor

The heater always leaking,hope you pay attention on the safety. Light bulb also, must be check the room before guest check in. Not v call to fix this and that after check in. We need a rest after check in. Hope no any problem on next trip.

Great Value for money, its a no frills hotel. Dont expect too much in terms of service but the staff are friendly and very corteous. The hotel could surely benefit from some maintenance and upgrade. No breakfast, but some good local restaurants nearby.

Big space but old room

Room is okay, there is also a busstop outside if u want to use to airport liner to save cost instead of using grab. There are also shops nearby only location wise is abit further from the airport compared to kota warisan.

Service good, room is clean, bathroom is clean, overall good.

Stayed a night to attend a function nearby. Acceptable location. Booked the suite, it was comfortable and good.

Good reception, wait until late night. Clean room at affordable price. Iron n iron board prepared outside room.

Room was huge. But unfortunately, room felt dirty and dusty. Yes there was a heater, yes there were clean towels, yes there were bottle water provided. But room was dusty as i saw the housekeepers who clean the room only equipped with broom and dust pans. The toilet was filled with hair from previous guests. Do think twice abt staying here. One night is just more than enough for us.

Good location for overnight bypass. Don't expect much since it's somehow a budget hotel. Overall it's acceptable.
