The food was ok. During the stay, cleaner sometime didn't replace toothbrush and till last day, it then provide face towel.

I stayed with my families here and booked the room via trip and hotel, the price per night for this hotel unfortunately doesn’t feel like worth it. I am hoping to see major renovation and cleaning, the hotel need massive upgrade, everything is too old, twin room is 2 probably super single bed or is actually 2 single bed, while other country at this rate has twin room with huge super single or double bed. The breakfast is just okay, with toast, cornflakes, some other menu like nasi lemak, noodles and rice porridge. This area has no access to public transport unless you walk towards the main road.. the extreme cleaning in the room, carpets need to change or clean with soap. The only good thing.. i haven’t seen any bed bugs.

Everything was good. Would have given 5 star for amenities if the water wasn't brownish and wifi connection wasn't patchy at times.

Female and solo. I feel safe. Bonus point, they have self-service laundry. I left something also & they keep it safe till I come back

Spacious room n car park for those who drive. A bit dated room but overall clean n comfy. A bit far away from main business areas, overall a good stay.

overall was okay, asked for prayer mat but none of them understand end up we didn't receive any, they're not local. room so old, carpet dirty, they really need to do some maintenance upgrade. will I stay here again? NO.
