We had a very relaxing stay, it was quiet and comfortable and we enjoyed the convenience of parking and meals right there! It gave us the time we needed to relax and refresh when we had less to think about or plan.

I had a pleasant stay at Brookstreet, but I feel there's room for improvement with the in-room entertainment. Upgrading the TVs to allow guests to access their personal Netflix or Hulu accounts would greatly enhance the experience, This addition would definitely make future stays more enjoyable.

Very nice hotel. Good security as you had to scan room card to go to your floor. I use disabled parking and there was some very close to front door. Room very clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced options for breakfast.

It’s nice hotel especially you are hockey fans, there is chance to meet the hockey players, unfortunately it was no power when I was there , have to walk down fm 12th floor

I am actually going to contact the health department about this hotel. Our bathroom was not clean at all, in fact, it was disgusting. The tiles were all covered in black mold. It was something that could easily be wiped off as you can see in the pictures....so why was it not cleaned? I visited the front desk twice to voice my concerns and was told that the manager would contact me. I did not receive a call, we were not moved and we received no compensation. I tried calling the hotel to speak to the manager and I have emailed and none of my correspondence has been returned.

Our second stay and dinner. Was very comfortable room and delicious dinner at Perspectives. Our sever Rolly was very pleasant and organized. Would recommend both hotel and restaurant.

It was not as I was lead to believe. A 2.5-3 star rating at best on world standards. But I guess for Ottawa it’s fine!

we've stayed here 5 times and it's always plaisant and clean. We come for a quick get away, shopping and dinning. The jazz bar is always very nice.
