Hotel Forza Kanazawa recensioner

Located about 10min walk from Kanazawa station, very near Omicho market, hotel Forza was very advanced in the check in process. It was a decent hotel with a small coin laundry room (4 machines). However, I had 2 unhappy encounters. Trip didn't allow me to modify the dates (cancel 1 night) so I called the hotel directly. I was told by Amy or Emi to cancel the entire booking (which did not incur additional charges) and rebook, which resulted in a higher price per night. When I checked in, I didn't like the layout of the room which I was not aware of from the photos prior - bed directly facing the door, it wasnt possible to watch the TV from the bed nor from the swivel chair unless I turn it around (I bought take outs for my dinner), so I called the front desk to ask for a change (I also checked online and saw that there were available rooms) however I was rejected by Amy/Emi once again, with the reason that their housekeeping would have to make rounds again and will incur additional charges. I decided not to argue further and made do with it for my 3 nights of stay.

Hotel is close to the station, just a straight walk for about 10 minutes. It is located at the main road and in front of the hotel is a bus stop, easy for travellers to use and go around Kanazawa. Close to Omicho Market as well. The room is spacious, got feet massager, face steamer and normal amenities such as hair dryer and humidifier. The bathroom is also spacious. Would love to come back and stay here again if we got the chance!

The hotel is ard 10 mins walk from Kanazawa station, and there's a lot of foods and minimarket around. Rooms are clean and they provided bath tub and foot massager.

Convenient location (around 1km, or 15 minutes walking distance from Kanazawa station), excellent hospitality and services, and got complimentary breakfast too. Totally superb experience, highly value for money, and would stay again in future!!

The room is very spacious, compared to the same room type at Hotel Forza Nagasaki. One thing special about time is they provide the local Kaga twig tea. It is also very near Omicho market. My family and I had a very pleasant stay.

Good hotel, everything just good, provide free drinks, free dryer machine in the room, good location, will definitely come back again

Pros: Very nice hotel in a good location. Great breakfast! Cons: Was charged 2000 Yen (1000 for checking out 28 minutes late and another 1000 for only returning one key card - even though the other card was in the room).

Conveniently located across the street of Ōmichō Market. The room is spacious, clean and even equipped with an electric clothing steamer and foot massage machine! I would definitely come back whenever I visit Kanazawa again.

Special THANKS to Ms E. Sasayama who was extremely helpful, kind and went above and beyond with the accommodations from booking to checking out…. Also had excellent English ! Also, all the staff was kind and helpful… Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Showers 🚿 are AMAZING!! Breakfast is great with good choices and stay was pleasant!! Highly satisfied!!

Extremely value for money! Very friendly staff too. 15 mins walk from the station- good daily exercise :)
