The Korinbo area where our hotel is located is home to many of Kanazawa's most popular tourist attractions, such as Kenrokuen Garden and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, and has been well received by many guests. The area is also conveniently located for transportation, and it is possible to tour the city by bus.All of our employees will continue to make efforts to create a hotel that will be supported by our guests, and we hope that you will visit us again when you come to the area.

That’s an awesome hotel,no staff but convenient and fancy,the room was clean and very affordable,not close to train station though ,still near a downtown area.

The room is really good. Separate toilet and bathroom. The basin Is located outside of the bathroom. It's really convenient to wash my hands instead of going to the toilet . I walked from Kanazawa Station, and took about 30 minutes with my 2 pieces of luggage to reach Henna Kanazawa Hotel Karimbo. The two dinosaurs waited for me, but the helper was there to help . Thanks a lot. Closed to Lawson and Kanazawa castle. There is also a microwave waiting Infront of door lift.

Far from station,no car parking available you need to park by coin parking but it’s far from the hotel..Robot reception processing for check in and check out.

Very good hotel service, quite good location to the park and Kanazawa Castle quite walking distance. However, there are not many places to eat around the hotel, you have to walk about 300 m. the breakfast is delicious and extraordinary. Very close to the park which is beautiful in autumn. Rate for food is 5/5, delicious.

i knew that the hotel using robot instead of human but the staff at the hotel i s very unuseful and none survice mind. we ask where to park the car. he did not say anyting and hand in the parking map. very bad impresssion. if the hotel has this kind of person. better not to have. it is very useless.

travel during earthquake unfortunately elevator are not working, thank to the staff try to help out by moving us to the 4th floor instead of 11th floor. love the hotel and staff (dinosaure)

The entrance is automated with robots, but aside from that, it is a normal business hotel. The room is clean with sufficient amenities. The location is good.

Hotel was in a good location with a fun check in. There is a washer / dryer which was helpful. Clean room and a good size.
