I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unacceptable conditions I experienced during my recent stay at the hotel, My booking was made through your platform under my name.
Upon arrival on the night of, I was immediately concerned by the state of the hotel premises. The lobby was dimly lit with only a single small light source, creating a hazardous environment. Due to the inadequate lighting, I was forced to use the flashlight on my mobile phone to navigate to the elevators.
The conditions within my assigned room were even more alarming and fell far below acceptable standards of hygiene and comfort. Specifically, I encountered the following issues:

I request a thorough investigation into these issues and expect a satisfactory response outlining the steps you will take to address these serious deficiencies. It is totally worthless for the payment made by me please remove this hotel from your platform since it will reflect your credentials.
