One adult and one 12 year old child paying 26 US dollars per night with breakfast and lunch is pretty good. I got the upgrade for free with balcony. The wifi was not strong. The tv has no hdmi connection. The bathroom is old and needs updating. The breakfast was good but I did not try the lunch or dinner.

性價比極低。WiFi 壞的，噪音巨大，左右上下的房間説話都能聽到，臨街交通噪音和鳥叫噪音也巨大。房間的紙巾有一股跟黴的問道。

房間一般般，衞生不是很好。服務很棒，對我們的疑問和要求都第一時間解決。自助早餐很不錯，美味可口。

唯一就是位置，身處古城。但衞生很差，整個樓道加房間由於下面就是飯店瀰漫著油煙味。完全不推薦！

立地は中心部・仏歯寺・スーパー・銀行、バスターミナルにも近く、観光しやすい位置。 シャワールームが汚れていたのと、お湯が出てくるまでに結構待たないといけないので注意。

The hotel is located very convenient place in Kandy Town. We stayed for one night. They have categorised their rooms luxury, super luxury, and standard. We stayed in one luxury room 204. Sadly the name of luxury not in reality. Room is spacious but only two bed side lamp to lit the room. Bathroom is very old type fittings. Bathtub is very high to get in for a normal person. No shower curtain therefore once you take a bath whole toilet is wet floor. Shower was malfunction you can't take head shower or hand shower as both working same time. Room TV was out of order. It give bulard pictures. Air condition and free WiFi are good. Room Corridor was filthy look and smells. If the management take detail checking on room and other areas it could be a good city hotel. The pictures on their profile and reality is bit far away. We didn't have any food therefore no comments on it. Staff are very lethargic. Need training.

It was a welcome oasis of calm in the middle of Krazy Kandy. On arrival we were early for checkin - the front desk staff went out of their way to settle us with a complimentary welcome drink and our room was made ready efficiently. The room was clean and well appointed and we enjoyed our stay there.

Irecently stayed at this hotel 5 days and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. SACHINI (front table staff).They seemed uninformed and unhelpful, which made my stay frustrating. That five days room service they don’t come clean my room. Bathroom was very smelly. Wasn’t match the photos they post on site. And air condition it’s not works well . Mini fridge is not working,I hope the management addresses this issue for future guests.

It was a family outing to Kandy, we made our reservation through phone for a triple room with breakfast. The room was comfortable, with free Wi-Fi, hot water, TV facilities, and with A/c. The hotel is located in a convenient location, so it was easy to walk around from the hotel. The food at the restaurant at the ground floor was not up to the standard we expected. The fried rice that we ordered was dry, and had a taste of roast. The hotel had a smell of beer which made us sick and uncomfortable, as my family are nor alcoholic. The meals are not up to the value which is stated on the cards, and the team is not friendly and supportive. The breakfast was fresh enough to enjoy. Please have your receptionist to have a nice welcome with a smile. We are spending in thousands for a memorable stay. Hope our next visit will be memorable. Thankyou. Keep smiling......

Only stayed for one night. Small rooms but were clean and surprisingly noise proof considering hotel is in the middle of a town on a busy road! Breakfast was a menu rather than buffet style and was average. Lovely, helpful staff.

Good budget hotel, slap bang in the middle of the city but surprisingly the rooms are quiet as they are situated at the back. Booked room only so cannot comment on the hotel food, but plenty of eating places around and just 10 minutes to the Railway station. The entrance to the hotel can be crowded as it is with the pavement and there are street hawkers selling goods, but safe all the same and you get lots of cheap stuff that you can buy along the pavement. The hotel rooms are rather small but have the basic amenities in place and should be ok for couples. This hotel has easy access to the ATM nachines, supermarkets and bakeries. The shopping center is very close and even the historical sights light the Temple of the tooth is walking distance. Parking may be a problem for those coming in vehicles although I am sure the Hotel can arrange this for you. Please check though before booking. All in all a good stay, no hassles.
