The location of the hotel is fantastic, it has a great view over Kandy and a pool on the rooftoop. The room was big and spacy and the breakfast was really good. BUT. The service at the hotel need to take a step up. We ordered food to the room - 2 sandwich, some fries and a butter chicken. After 40 minutes, we godt the two sandwich, but it took another 35 min before we got the rest of the food. One night the hotel was throwing a big techno party at the rooftoop which lasted to at least 01.00 in the night - it made it impossible to sleep.

The room is spacious, has leaving room n kitchen , modern shower and fully equipped facilities. There is a gym with a nice view as well where I spent most of my morning there The most view I love is when I swim at the pool I can see whole Kandy City from top , it’s stunning. The services and the staff are very good especially Tuan the Manager and front liner guy (sorry forgot the name) which is always there to help. Thank you for making my stay memorable. This hotel is recommended n worth to stay with the price.

We stayed there for three days and every night at around 5 we were woken up by (what I hope was) monkeys that somehow got into the attic above us and made such loud noises that we jumped out of bed. It went on for about a hour or so and you could never really fall back asleep after cause you never knew when the noises would come back. It got so bad that I was scared that the ceiling might fall down! We had a room right by the kitchen and restaurant and all of the staff sat right outside our door, so we could hear them talking and laughing very clearly at almost any given time (Don’t stay in room 201 I guess) The food was ok but they didn’t have any drinks in the bar (except for one kind of beer which was warm) which we found a bit odd. The breakfast was average. The best thing about this place was honestly the pool, super nice views. The pool area overall was very clean and nice.

We were so disappointed with our stay at this hotel. It is very tired and run down and not very clean. The sheets, towels and furniture had stains on them and the bathroom was full of soap scum and water damage/mould and the bins ext were damaged. Attention to detail just isn’t there!Although they supplied basic team coffee, sugar etc they didn’t supply any milk for tea/coffee. We had asked for a room with 2 single beds and a double and upon our arrive we had found that one of the beds was yet to be made, the staff came to make it but I had to call to get a cover for the duvet as it had just been placed on-top of the bed, they delivered it to our room but I was the one that had to make it. We ordered room service for dinner which was nice and for breakfast we had an English breakfast in the restaurant, there was a nice selection of food, but the corn flakes were stale and we weren’t offered any coffee or tea. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay.

It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very courteous and always there to help me. The food was scrumptious. Room was very spacious and beautifully arranged. Thank you Mark and all your stuff members. Look forward to see you again. Upul

A group of us (16 in total) spent the weekend of 11th and 12th March at View 360 - Kandy. We had a lovely time at this hotel. The rooms - apartment style - was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and above all, the service from everyone at the hotel was simply magnificent. Mark and his team looked after us very well. Always eager to help. It is well worth the money you spent. If in Kandy, this is the place to be!
