Very convenient location if you’re arriving in/departing from Kandy by train. Breakfast was good too.

Very welcoming hosts. Good location in Kandy for access to the train station which is roughly a 10-15 minute walk away. Room was spacious and had a good, hot shower. Close proximity to supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and the hosts gave us great recommendations.

A great stay - room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower worked well. The staff were great, very helpful with informing us of local attractions and even offered us a lift to the train station! And arranged for us to have a bottle of wine and chocolates for a birthday occasion! very nice touch. Location is good, not far from Kandy lake - the distance to the cultural dance show is about a 30 minute walk.

The hotel is simple and tidy, but the photos posted here are a bit misleading as the actual appearance doesn't quite match. The photos definitely need to be updated! For a large city, having to pay in cash instead of by card is a bit inconvenient, especially since it's becoming increasingly rare to travel with cash these days. If you're just using it as a place to sleep, it's okay. However, the hotel doesn't have a TV with international channels or cartoons, which can be an issue if you have kids like I do. In terms of location, it's in a good area, but I strongly recommend that the street sign for the hotel be placed more prominently. Every time we went out, we had trouble finding the street again. Even taxis and tuk-tuks had difficulty.

We stayed in this hotel for one night before we took the train from Kandy to ella! I’d have no hesitation in recommending this hotel!The location is great!It is run by a family who are so welcoming and accomodating, we were given iced tea on arrival which was so refreshing after the journey to Kandy!Without having to ask we were given advice on the locality - places to eat/see etc by the guy who appeared to be the manager/owner which was so helpful, he also took the time to talk us through all the items on offer during breakfast the nect morning (which was delicious - it was a mix of srilankan and western food!The room was spacious and spotless!

Absolutely ideal hotel for staying close to the centre of Kandy, booked 2 nights stayed 3. Run by a genuinely lovely family who went above and beyond to help me with anything. Rooms large, modern and spotlessly clean and nice breakfast. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Great location, quiet at night, super clean rooms, friendly staff. Well maintained hotel, it feels brand new even though it's a few years old. Hats off to the owners and the people taking care of the place. A true gem in Kandy if you're looking for an affordable hotel. Only the WiFi could have improved- but that's the problem of the internet service provider I think..

I only stayed one Night . Arrived at the bus station and left from the train station, both station are just around the corner. The hotel is situated on a small lane of the main road and very quiet. It’s very, very clean, and every things function perfectly. The room was big and beautiful. Amazing value for money. The owner and his wife are very nice an helpful. I forgot something i my room, and they went out of way tryptophan get send to me.
