The room is spacious and amazingly clean. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Facilities are complete and well maintained.

2nd time stay here. Love its evironment quite peacefull. Recommendation place to stay. If you love hiking, you could hike at Gua Cenderawasih behind this hotel 🤗

Arrived @ 1pm and the room not ready yet. Around 1.30pm the hotel call and we can check in . Booked 2 rooms. They gave us ground floor as coming with olders. Room okay well maintained. Tv has lot of channels to choose. Bathroom got hot water. Wifi also good.

Room well kept. Clean though basic. Situated in a quiet area, may need own transport to move around. great pool popular with families. Reasonably priced menu.

The staffs’ hospitality were pleasent and I would say this is one of the best Hotel in Perlis. A must stay for friends and families. Ample parking spaces and the amenities are all functional. My kids love their swimming pool very much! The surrounding and scenery is a bonus for us! So stunning❤️

Overall ok

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The food was excellent. Although the hotel showed some signs of aging, the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. The atmosphere was generally pleasant, with only a slightly unsettling element that was minor and not overly concerning.

We have choose the right hotel for our family vacation. The room and amenities are suitable for the price we paid. The swimming pool is big and clean surrounding. The receptionist were friendly. The thing I like most besides the hotel the is beautiful jogging track at the foot of Bukit Lagi. So beautiful.

poor service in the restaurant, looking at the staff face, I felt not being welcome but the restaurant is opened and we are hungry. After made my order, it took them a long time to realise the meal was not available. Then after more than 30 minutes, our order stil not ready. We had to leave without eating. They had the audicity to suggest to pack the meal and yet the meal was not even ready. This super slow service is not tolerable since we are the only people there. We could have our lunch somewhere else.
