Kangding Zangkalin Inn recensioner

It is the worst hotel where I stayed in China, and one of the worst of my life. The room was super dusty (see photos). Part of the ceiling of the bathroom fell during my stay. I wrote to the hotel management without any answer. Since there is no reception, I had to look for the owners in their house. They removed the detritus and left the bathroom totally dirty. The hotel is full of rats. My room was full of rat poo and blood. At 10pm a rat crossed my room. I contacted the hotel management, without any answer. Two hours later, the rat climbed the curtains and eventually came under my bed. I called the hotel management and after complaining for a long time, they eventually gave me another room from where I could hear the rats running in the ceiling.... Communication with the owners is very difficult for foreigners since they don't speak English and don't read Chinese. They don't really seem concerned when an issue arises. Hotel to be avoided !

The room is very simple but the most important that it was impossible to close the door of the washroom. The smell in washroom is very bad. Staff is nice and location is quite good.

The host was nice and was cooperative when we had to leave a day earlier. But the room was cold, dark and moist. Also the floor wasn‘t clean and especially the bathroom was dirty.

A bit bare bones, but a good place to stay at a good price in Tagong

I had an amazing stay. The family was super welcoming and made me feel at home. They were very attentive and helped me with any questions. Great value for money.

Basic hotel in Tagong. Friendly owners. The hotel was clean, and it is located 10 minutes by walking from the minibus station

A solid place to stay and pretty cheap, huge room.

Average good for one night

We paid for a basic room. The hotel is quite run-down, and we weren't even provided with a shower. They required us to upgrade a room in order to shower. Their price was expensive, but cheapest in the area because it's a very touristic place.

Extrage hotel. It had a great location and the room was good but it had no shower and the shared bathroom was not so good. The thing that most truck me were the pillows on the bed :)

The hotel is at the entrance of town, I was given a free upgrade.

Had a very pleasant stay!
