Lemon Tree Hotel, Mcleodganj

We were 12 couple group - really enjoyed our three night stay Very friendly staff with excellent hospitality, we had wonderful smooth check in helped by Ms Arti and Mr Ajay GM Mr Arvind Sharma extended all possible help and he understand real meaning of hospitality Chef made delicious food dishes - rooms and view are excellent I personally recommend to stay here and will come back !! Thanks to entire staff for taking care !!

One of the worst hospitality experiences. Despite repeatedly requesting a quilt/comforter at 11 PM for my 4-year-old child who was shivering in the cold, the response from reception — particularly Surinder — was extremely rude and unprofessional. He bluntly said “Nai hai rajai” and disconnected the call multiple times. After paying ₹15,000 for a night, not being able to provide a basic comfort item like a quilt for a child is shocking. It’s deeply disappointing when service fails this badly — especially when families are paying a premium and expecting at least basic courtesy and empathy.

Location of hotel is great... staff is helpful and courteous.... food is excellent... rooms are nice and cozy... evening bonfire is great... live music during dinner is icing on the cake... to top it all the location is such that u get a pleasant weather throughout the year.

Home away from home … most hospitable staff …awesome food ..they make u feel special !especially Arti at front desk , Ajay was a great great help …Chef Sunny was so sweet to have actually written up a recipe for me … the restaurant boys were simply THE BEST … Ganesh , Vishal , Arun , Nitin ! Ive always had a great experience with Lemon Tree !

Our stay at Lemon Tree McLeod Ganj was absolutely delightful. Nestled away from the hustle of the main market, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the Dhauladhar mountains, especially from the valley-facing rooms. We stayed in one of those, and waking up to the misty mountains each morning was truly special. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern, with all essential amenities. The balcony was a perfect spot for morning coffee and quiet evenings. What stood out was the breakfast and dinner buffet—a great spread with both Indian and continental options. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the service was excellent. The restaurant staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The overall vibe of the hotel is peaceful, warm, and welcoming. It’s ideal for both relaxing getaways and working holidays. Highly recommend choosing Lemon Tree if you’re visiting McLeod Ganj and want a comfortable stay with stunning views, good food, and top-notch service.
