Positives 1)The hotel manager initially said rooms not available 2)Later showed us one room, when we entered immediately due to foul smell we rejected and left that place 3)Too much of a price difference between ac and non-ac rooms Positives 1)The hotel has its own premises so that one can park nicely and easily within the compound with manned security 2)It was raining heavily and that time the security guy escorted both of us under the big umbrella Can not comment more as I have given 1 rating based on the room quality of the room shown to us

I booked 3 rooms expecting basic amenities. But the pool was full of frogs, there was no jacuzzi, no spa, and absolutely no maintenance. Honestly, I don't care what the hotel says I paid for amenities that weren't provided and could have easily booked a cheaper hotel if all I needed was a bed. WORST!!

No coordination among staff. They charged me for food bill which i didn't ordered. I booked for complementary breakfast but they are also charging for same. Thanks to a lady receptionist who handled all things in right way.

It was a pathetic service given by the management. We had a short circuit in our room no. 302 at around 10pm which was reported to the front desk. After our booking with make my trip we had upgraded the room for roadside view. After short circuit had requested for same type of room but instead had to face arrogant behavior of general manager mr. Bhat. The service is too bad & arrogant. Would never be suggesting this place.
