The pictures are pretty old. Hotel isn’t in the condition as shown in the pictures. Staff is friendly and helpful

Cleanliness was the issue. The bathroom tap was not working properly and there was no facility of hot water at all. Ac was not working properly in the room. Bedsheets provided was also dirty and are not properly washed.

The hotel was average. 2. 5km from the central railway station. Service was very late and poor.

It was an excellent experience. The people of kanpur were very homely. The food was equisite. Memorable trip forever.

Very poor room and toilet, and house keeping my check in time 8. 15 pm and check out 7 am because of all this mmt pl visit and rate the property
