Situated in the busy G.T.Road. An excellent hotel with very good breakfast.Clean room and nice bath room. We enjoyed our stay. Staff courteous and ever ready to help. Bed was very comfortable and the sleep quality was very good. Rooms are not sound proof and noisy neighbours were disturbing in the night.

Great experience though stay was only for a day. Clean room, great service and excellent breakfast. Small hotel but limited amenities. But rooms are very clean with top class furniture and comfortable bed. Bathroom with premium fittings again very clean. Service is also gets 5* rating. Very reasonable room service menu Delightful experience

Stayed for one night. Great experience. The room was well furnished. Everything you needed was there. Well maintained. Top class. The furniture was what you expect in a higher star hotel. Bathroom fittings were also premium. Again very clean and maintained. Not easy to find flaws. The breakfast was also excellent and better than what we expected. The service was excellent. You ask for it and you get it. Room service menu was with very reasonable prices. We only had sweet corn soup and it was very refreshing. They use fresh ingredients. Only cons we saw. Hotel is not a very large hotel. Some rooms do not have any window which is not really a con but we prefer to stay in a room with a wondow. They promptly changed it when we asked.

Excellent stay and helpful staff however water allowance per person is half litre a day which should be made minimum 1 litre a day.

Execllent and a very comfortable stay at the best western bliss kanpur. Staff is very polite and absolutely helping. Execllent hotel will definitely stay the next time as well and recommed for staying at this place in kanpur.

The hotel is a fraud denied check inn, inspite of showing aadhar. I am sure due to marriage season they gave the room to someone else. Even the gm was not courteous nor willing to listen to us i think mmt should black list this hotel

The experience towards the room is not satisfactory as the size of the room is compacted. One pillar is also found in between the rooms but on the positive part the location is on market area which helps to overcome the traffic also the breakfast is very good one more thing that appreciate is some how they allow outside food to have the cost of dinner may cost you little high side but food is good you can try that.
