The stay in heart of Kanpur was too good. Staff is very positive n supported all the time to make shifts n adjustment of times. The food n lounge fills the vacuum with the utmost energy to be foody all the way ... I would love to stay in my coming journeys ...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to the manager, Mrs. Swetha, for the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Will definitely be coming back!

The hotel has nice ambience, absolutely love the vibe of place, The lighting is warm, the seating comfortable, and the space usually buzzing with chatter, staff is friendly and cooperative, ample parking place and food was very scrumptious and offering generous and rich proportions per plate, all in all good place to go for nice meal.

I recently had the pleasure of using the banquet hall at Grand geet hotel , and I must say the experience was excellent. The venue was well-maintained, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating the perfect atmosphere for our event. I went to a function at this hotel and was really disappointed. The service was slow and the AC wasn't working, even though it was super hot. We asked the managers, to turn it on. tiwari ji promis alot After taking our money, they didn't care about the guests.they just want good feedback from guest bt how when your services is not that level so sorry guys. The managers, Anand Tiwari and Nikhil, are completely useless. They make promises but don't fulfill them, putting guests in trouble. They have zero accountability. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The service was bad and the whole experience was terrible. Worst hotel, worst service.
