Hotel Koncept Residence recensioner

I have just spent three nights in this wonderful hotel. The purpose was so I could visit sites in western Sarajevo. The hotel organised a shuttle to pick me up from the airport and dropped me at the door. I can’t say enough about the staff in this hotel. That covers everyone from the management, the receptionists, the wait and bar staff. They make the atmosphere in this place and it is just stunning. The room was pretty good, on the 4th floor. Comfortable and clean. I wasn’t really there to experience the hotel. It was a base but it was such a pleasure to come back in the afternoon to this hotel. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

After travelled in Sarajevo city, my friends & I ready to found a hotel. When we walk in Lobby of Koncept Residence reception, we feel smelly, disgusting, annoying, exasperating & etc, after we look around, we knew that smokes came from smoking area, and no door to block off!! We ran out immediately from lobby and look for others hotel, very bad experience in Sarajevo!

Not the best location for visiting the city, but good option to rest. Residential area. Recent decorations and comfortable installations. Nice service at front desk. Small bathroom but rooms are pretty spacious.
