This hotel location is very closer seashore,if you book seaview rooms it is more worth, rooms we stayed and amnetis are very good, sea view not only sun rise but the whole day is very panoramic, fm 4.30 to 5.30 am fishing boats fm sea shore movimg to sea for fishing is a very masmeric view. One improvement the tourism authority need to do is te request church/temple authorities to put sound box instead of loud speakers after 8 pm and early morning. State govt can only get done this, rest this hotel is out standing, being a traveller I recximmend this hotel

1) Location of this hotel is great. On the seashore close to sunrise point. 2) All the junior staff who were part time college students were amazing. They were all so hard working, polite and professional! 3) The *** at the reception on Jan 2nd & 3rd day time was unprofessional, unqualified and a complete *****. He had no sense of customer service and was extremely rude. He didn't honor any vouchers that came as a part of the make my trip bookings that we paid for. He made our entire stay unpleasant. Even the junior staff were so much more professional & experience compared to him. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday, stay away from this property. 4) The rooms were old and the walls very absolutely thin. We could hear noises from the next room and the neighborhood. We were woken up by the loud noises throughout the night & early morning from churches etc. Didn't get any sleep. 5) The wifi was extremely poor.

Hotel is very good giving full view of sea from the rooms besides providing every amenities like AC / TV/ Wi fi Restaurant is veg as well as non veg besides bar. Rooms service is good. Only issue is exhaust fan in bathroom which Management should do while upgrading the hotel

Horrible hotel very noisy rooms no soundproof very expensive couldn’t sleep good average staff very poor costumer service Dirty bathrooms doors quite heavy very difficult to close broken window glass dirty balcony not a great sea view with grills

Had selected the hotel because of its location and chosen the upper floors giving view of the sea and Vivekanand Rock memorial. A trifle expensive but room size was big ***** with decent washroom. Late morning sleepers may face sleep quality problem as lot of churches, temples are around and their discourses early morning may disturb you. Very close to the Rock memorial ticketing office - a 7 minutes walk. Breakfast and food is ok and service needs improvement and scope of improvement in Breakfast spread and service. Overall a nice stay

Our room 501 had excellent views of the ocean with two windows on two walls! other room amenities ok. Bathrooms and furniture very dated. No facial tissue in the room. Hair dryer did not function.

In a city without many good hotel options, The Seashore Hotel stands out. As the name suggests, the hotel is located on the sea shore with a wonderful view by day and night as well as well of morning sunrise. The rooms are of good size and well maintained with all required facilities. The restaurant has an excellent fare and prompt service. In particular we would like to thank Ms Priya for attending to us so well. Parking is available for guests. The jetty for boat ride to the Vivekanand Rock is only five minutes walk.

The usp of the hotel is its location and view of the ocean from the room. The classic room with sea view is the best option. All attractions are within walking distance and staff is very helpful, however they don't take the initiative. The service is just satisfactory and so is the cleanliness. The restaurant has limited options and one should not get overawed by the menu displayed. The food is palatable and can be improved. Complimentary breakfast is also limited to south indian vegetarian food. The available items are not displayed, hence guests had no way of knowing that eggs to order was available. Good food options in kanyakumari is very limited, as the restaurants are trying to serve north indian cuisine, but failing to meet the taste. Its difficult to even get authentic south indian food now. Communicating with the staff is an issue due to limited language proficiency. There are comparable hotels in the vicinity but this seems to be better. An enjoyable stay in kanyakumari.
