Kindness Hotel (Kaohsiung Hanshen) recensioner

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Everything about the hotel was perfectly thought through and designed for the user experience.  Located conveniently abiT off the main busy stretch but walking distance to lots of food and bars, a little longer walk and you would get into the main busy shopping stretch. The hotel was super thoughtful in the service and amenities they provided. There was 24hrs free coffee, tea and ice cream which was self service, a laundry room with free use of their washing machines and dryers - the staff would even help you to dry your stuff when the machine is done washing! There was a 24 hour reception which is manned by really polite and kind staff who are always there to answer your questions even at 1am!  The room was well designed with all the amenities provided, from hair shampoo, conditioners, bath wash, moisturisers and even facial wash!  The rooms are super clean and there was an in-room tap with reverse osmosis water for you to refill your water and boil tea with!  The best part, the room also came with free breakfast which was pretty sumptuous for a simple hotel. The buffet spread of stir fried dishes, rice, porridge, soup (oh my god so good!) cereals, salads, coffee, teas and juices.  The service was also really good. Unobtrusive and always polite. They are really efficient and nice.  I would def stay here again if I come by!

My expereince at Kindness Hotel (Kaohsiung Hanshen) was very good, and similar to that of many Kindness hotels, professional and polite team of staff. Location was near a main shopping mall, and a 10-15 minutes stroll to the river. Rooms were spacious and clean, with simple yet nice breakfast. The hotel lobby snacks were very helpful for all guests too. Thank you very much and all the best :)

Kindness hotel lives up to its name with friendly helpful service. Breakfast is complimentary and very good. Tea and coffee and snacks are available during the day. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very helpful and courteous and make this hotel our preferred choice of hotel stay in Kaohsiung

Excellent service, location and breakfast.

Everything about this hotel was great. They offered shampoo and conditioner & shower gel for both men and women. They also have facial cleanser. The water jets shower was a nice touch. There was 24/7 ice cream and the service was great. Enjoyed my stay

康橋在高雄有很多分店，之前很多時候是住高雄車站前館，今次來高雄訂不到那間，就找了這間比較近三多商圈的! 房間選了豪華套房, 進門先是一個玄關及小偏廰，沙發剛好可以放2個喼很方便，書枱也很長! 再入就是房了, 算大了吧! 有幸給了8樓, 窗外沒有隔鄰的大樓阻擋, 還算光猛呢! 浴室也很大唯一是很有家用沿室的感覺，不過以CP值來說這算不錯了! 唯一是感覺還是站前館比較新淨呢! 設施方面有2組洗衣及乾衣的! 而且提前通知前台還會幫你收回放到袋子等你回來時拿! 不錯! 地點也不錯, 多走2步就有大一點的商場很多食店. 附近也有夜巿，不錯! 唯獨他們的早餐真的不敢恭維! 只有2個"熱"的食物，高麗菜和燴豬肉，最可笑是剛拿出來的都沒有煙, 夾了回去吃是冷的! 全場唯一熱的是麵包吧, 因為可以放到焗爐裡加熱.....! 所以之後2天都是出去找早餐店買早餐吃了! 另外之前站前館晚上的有宵夜吃的, 這裡就沒有了! 整體而言，以這價錢來說還是可接受的，但如有得選擇還是會選站前館呢!

雖然飯店有點年份了但房間保持得挺好的，空間大且清潔度很好。地點還算方便，到捷運中央公園站步行約10分鐘。飯店有提供24小時咖啡和雪糕，前台員工也非常有禮貌。下次會再入住。

櫃檯小姐服務親切，耐心詳細講解，周邊付費停車後發票打飯店統編可至櫃檯請款，大大加分。房間溫馨優美超乾淨，充電插頭多，周邊餐飲商店林立，交通又方便，還有提供24H點心吧，隨時可暢飲咖啡冰飲.小餅乾.麥片.冰淇淋喔！

第一次住康橋 就愛上了這裡的擺設跟舒適感 有種日式風格 服務的人員親和親切 第一次早到 也能在中廳享受美時午后 又能提早入住，當然是客服的訓速 讓來的我及大家，都能盡速入住 由如家在這般的生活 真的有回家的感受著 謝謝她們的服務跟品質 很贊

整體店家的服務態度超好、環境整潔又乾淨、整體設施實用又衛生，很推推這家唷！歡迎大家一起來參考這家商務旅館。
